As the saying goes,"the one who wins wins the world",performance management is the main yardstick for evaluating the value of personnel within a company,and performance indicators are the core elements of performance management.Only by building a good index system can we do a good job in performance management.Performance appraisal is a good tool to measure efficiency and fairness in enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises.In order to solve the problems of bloated and overstaffed personnel and solve the problems existing in performance appraisal,the manager system is implemented and the performance appraisal index system is redesigned.In this thesis,HF technology company is selected as the research object,the internal investigation data and personnel interviews are used to in-depth study and analyze the enterprise’s vision and recent situation,analyze the enterprise’s existing performance index assessment standards and situation,and evaluate its integrity and difference.The literature survey method mainly lays the theoretical foundation and practical operation guidance for this study of performance appraisal.According to the strategic direction and specific content of the corresponding performance indicator assessment research,the interview method and the questionnaire survey were carried out together,and the relevant questions and answers were supplemented correspondingly.Conclusions are drawn:(1)Modifying and improving part of performance appraisal indicators,focusing on the application of equity theory,can rationalize and standardize performance appraisal indicators;(2)The application of management by objectives theory,clear application scope and depth,can effectively consolidate the foundation of performance appraisal;(3)Strengthen performance communication for mutual benefit and win-win situation;(4)Improve employee expectations,enhance incentive degree,and continuously develop employee value.In this thesis,the performance appraisal index system is optimized and redesigned to improve the performance appraisal index system after the restructuring of state-owned enterprises,which is helpful to improve the level of enterprise human resources management,become an effective basis for enterprise talent training and employee growth strategy,and provide enterprises with continuous talent development.The reform of state-owned enterprises can more effectively promote the construction of modern enterprise system,and provide important reference value for state-owned enterprises of the same business nature or other state-owned enterprises in different fields to improve performance management.
