Due to the rapid development of the economy and society,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.QT Company,as a professional information technology service company,has not been established for a long time and has a relatively weak foundation.Therefore,efforts need to be made to improve the management level of the enterprise and optimize its own performance evaluation management system.This article takes QT Company as the research object,conducts research and analysis on its current performance evaluation system,and optimizes it.The research in this article enriches the theoretical research on the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators of relevant types of enterprises from the perspective of application exploration,and has practical significance in improving the performance management level of QT company.This article first collects theoretical research results related to performance appraisal at home and abroad,organizes advanced theories of performance appraisal at home and abroad,and creates a theoretical foundation for performance appraisal.Secondly,this article used interview and questionnaire survey methods to investigate the problems in QT Company’s employee performance appraisal system,and based on the survey results,statistical analysis was conducted on the problems and reasons in QT Company’s performance appraisal.The problems with QT Company’s employee performance evaluation system are as follows: unscientific performance evaluation methods and indicator design,lack of strategic setting of performance evaluation indicators,numerous adverse phenomena in the evaluation process,lack of communication and feedback on evaluation results,and lack of application of evaluation results.The main reasons for the above problems are: outdated understanding of performance appraisal by managers,lack of professional knowledge in performance appraisal by system developers,lack of system execution and supervision mechanisms,and incomplete communication and feedback mechanisms.In response to the above issues,this article uses the Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators method to optimize the employee performance appraisal system of QT Company.The performance appraisal process is further optimized from four aspects: performance appraisal preparation,performance appraisal implementation,feedback process of appraisal results,and application of performance appraisal results.Finally,this article explores the implementation guarantee measures of performance appraisal plans in improving the ideological awareness of leaders and employees,strengthening organizational and institutional construction,strengthening performance appraisal process control,and building a good corporate culture.After completing the optimization of the performance appraisal system,it explores how to implement the performance appraisal plan to more effectively play its role,hoping to provide some reference value for the operation and management of QT Company.
