Research On Financial Support For Agricultural Modernization Development Of The First Division Of The XPCC

China is a big agricultural country,and the work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been the focus of the state’s work.The development of agricultural economy is the foundation and important support for the whole economic and social development,and has important strategic significance for the development of the country.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the modernization of agriculture and rural areas is the overall goal of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,and the realization of this goal cannot be achieved without the support of financial forces.It stressed the need to "improve the system of agricultural support and protection,and improve the rural financial service system".Finance is an important driving force for the development of agricultural modernization.Strengthening financial support will help improve the efficient combination of various production factors needed for agricultural development,promote the construction of agricultural infrastructure,and improve the efficiency of agricultural technological innovation,thus contributing to the development of agricultural modernization.Agriculture is the basic economy of the First Division of the XPCC,and the modernization development of agriculture and rural areas(in this article mainly refers to regimental fields and company areas)is conducive to promoting the overall economic development of the First Division of the XPCC,and innovation and agricultural modernization are the only way for agricultural economic development.In the process of agricultural modernization,financial support is indispensable and the key to agricultural modernization.Therefore,studying the issue of financial support for agricultural modernization has very important theoretical and practical significance for the overall economic development of the First Division of the XPCC.This paper takes the First Division of the XPCC as an example to explore the issue of financial support in the process of agricultural modernization.Firstly,the financial development status of the First Division of the XPCC was analyzed from the perspectives of financial structure,agricultural loans,financial agricultural products,and other financial organizations,secondly,the development status of agricultural modernization was analyzed from the perspectives of comprehensive agricultural benefits,agricultural production conditions,mechanization level,and agricultural industrialization,and then,the current situation of financial support in the process of agricultural modernization was analyzed from the four perspectives of financial support for regimental field workers,financial support for agriculture-related enterprises,financial support for other financial organizations in the development of modernization,and financial support for agriculture under informatization.Understand the problems and obstacles.Finally,by selecting the relevant data of the First Division of the XPCC from 2006 to 2020,selecting 16 second-level indicators,6 first-level indicators,and 4 indicators of financial support for agricultural modernization,using SPSS software,reducing the dimensionality by the principal component analysis method of factor analysis,establishing the original factor load matrix,using the maximum variance method to rotate the coefficient to obtain the rotation component matrix to extract the main factor construction equation,using the Eviews software to build a VAR model,performing data smoothness,cointegration test,gran causal test,Impulse response analysis shows that the improvement of the financial support level of the First Division of the XPCC has a positive role in promoting the development of agricultural modernization,and the development of agricultural modernization will also have a negative effect on financial development.Through the analysis of the current situation,the results of empirical verification,the sorting and refinement of some typical cases,and according to the existing problems and obstacles in the financial support for agricultural modernization of the First Division of the XPCC,it is proposed to improve the financial system,optimize financial products,strengthen the construction of new information infrastructure and credit guarantee platform,promote the development of agricultural informatization and digitalization,strengthen government guidance and government services,effectively do a good job in fiscal subsidies related to agriculture,and strengthen industrialization development and industrialized financial support,etc.,to promote the agricultural modernization of the First Division of the XPCC to take new steps.
