| With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization level,the new agricultural management subject has become the backbone of the current development of China’s agricultural modernization.Compared with traditional farmers,the new agricultural business entity has a larger production scale.More advanced machinery and equipment,more management experience,more sales channels,can better drive farmers to increase income and rural economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to vigorously develop new agricultural management entities,and financial support can effectively alleviate the financial difficulties faced in the development of new agricultural management entities and accelerate the development of new agricultural management entities.However,in the process of development,new agricultural management entities have problems such as financing difficulties,insufficient credit scale and duration,and low efficiency of financial support systems,which restrict the development of new agricultural management entities and the realization of modern agriculture.The support of agricultural business entities is of great significance to helping farmers increase their income and promote the process of agricultural modernization.This paper analyzes the characteristics of different types of new agricultural management entities and the demand characteristics of new agricultural management entities and the reasons for their difficulty in meeting them.Through field research,we have learned about the production status and financing needs of family farms,and through the orderly multiple Logit The model analyzes the factors that influence the availability of family farmer loans.The results show:(1)Most of the family farms are still small-scale farmers’ production and management.The production scale is small,the technology is relatively backward,the mechanization level is low,the family farmer operates a small land area,and the income is low,lacking sufficient loan collateral,financing demand.It is difficult to be satisfied.(2)The degree of education of family farmers,the area of land they operate,the income situation,whether to purchase agricultural insurance,whether to join a farmer’s professionalcooperative,and whether there are relatives and friends working in financial institutions have the availability of loans to family farmers.Based on the research results,this paper proposes to enhance the financial support for new agricultural business entities and enhance the availability of financing from the perspective of giving play to the government,improving financial services,developing banking cooperation,and providing information services. |
