At present,China’s socialist development has entered a new era,the international and domestic economic environment has undergone profound changes,and the market competition for banks and financial institutions is more intense.Especially for state-owned commercial banks,if they want to consolidate and maintain their strong market competitiveness and leading position,they must build a high-quality staff team with good style and dare to win.It is particularly important to strengthen the training of existing employees,optimize the knowledge structure,update the business philosophy,adapt to the marketing rhythm,and improve the unit value of human resources of employees.As an important part of the staff training system,whether the curriculum design,organization and implementation,and management support of training can be carried out normally and maximize the effect,this problem needs to be studied and solved.PY Branch of GS Bank is a prefecture-level branch of a state-owned commercial bank,which undertakes the "last mile" task of employee training.Through the questionnaire and employee interviews,the author found that PY Branch has insufficient demand research,inadequate planning and development,lack of planning for organization and implementation,and the need to strengthen the effect evaluation.These problems have affected the role of the staff training system,resulting in unfocused training pain points,inability to provide accurate practical training,insufficient assistance in improving staff skills,insufficient support,and limited assistance in improving the competitiveness of the branch.Starting from the actual work,this paper carefully organizes the investigation and research,summarizes and analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of conducting actual training demand investigation,optimizing the development of training projects,grasping the implementation of training organization,strengthening the transformation of training effects,and providing training support guarantee.This paper hopes to improve and solve the problems in the training system,thereby improving the comprehensive quality of employees and unit productivity,and promoting performance improvement.It is expected that this paper can provide operational suggestions for the optimization of the training system of the state-owned banking industry,and provide inspiration for the study of employee training.
