With the rapid development of China’s social economy,Enterprises will face a more complicated market environment and the competition between similar enterprises is also more intense.As a small and medium-sized private enterprise,it plays its unique role in promoting the growth of national economy.In order to gain greater advantages in the competition,it is necessary to attach importance to the management of talents and the management of employees’ performance.The backward performance management of small and medium-sized private enterprises will restrict their sustained and healthy development.The optimization of employee performance appraisal system will effectively promote the scientific and rapid development of enterprises.SD Company is a small and medium-sized private enterprise mainly engaged in jujube processing in shilou county,Shanxi Province,which has developed rapidly with the support of the government.With the continuous expansion of production scale,the number of employees in enterprises has increased sharply.Due to the limitations of their own management level and business philosophy,the development of the company is facing increasing challenges.The existing performance appraisal system can no longer meet the needs of development,and its disadvantages are gradually emerging.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize it effectively.Based on the theory of employee performance appraisal,combined with the first-hand information of SD company,this paper grasps the basic situation and performance appraisal status of the company,analyzes the problems and reasons in the company’s current performance appraisal system by using rich investigation methods,and provides a targeted practical basis for the performance appraisal optimization of SD company,at the same time from the ideological,institutional and other aspects of the formulation of measures to optimize the implementation of the program to provide a comprehensive guarantee.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference for other small and medium-sized private enterprises of the same type in the process of optimizing the performance appraisal system and realize a win-win situation for enterprises and employees.
