| At present,the highway construction in Chongqing mainly adopt BOT mode,funded by private enterprise to build and get a certain fixed number of year.Highway in Chongqing co.,LTD.Is a non-profit organization,its often include multiple toll station,formed with billed business as the core,the structure of the toll collector for the line workers,expressway company has the strong norms of human resource management needs.Chongqing Yongjiang highway refers to Yongchuan to ShuangShi of Chongqing three-ring highway in metro pond river,now the Yongjiang high-speed company is responsible for the direct operation,management fees,safety and maintenance of the road.In this paper,the research object is Yongjiang company governs the toll station at a high speed.The toll on performance appraisal include charge Toll station assessment,assessment and management personnel assessment,the former belongs to the appraisal of organization or company internal institutions,both belong to the appraisal of employees.According to the author in the company for many years of observation,Yongjiang highway toll station more problems in the performance appraisal system,and modern management level there is a big gap.The author Yongjiang high-speed company governs the toll booth staff as the research object,through the survey found that the main problem on the assessment of Toll station examination and the person in charge.Specific problems include: 1)the staff most understanding of performance appraisal shallow;2)charging Toll station assessment index system of chaos;3)charge staff appraisal index system is not scientific;4)assessment of satisfaction is poorer;5)the use of performance results no incentive effect.This article is based on the author’s understanding about performance evaluation and other related human resource management theory knowledge,aimed at Yongjiang expressway company performance appraisal system for the comprehensive optimization.The improvement of work done in this paper,mainly including:(1)optimizing the toll station appraisal and employee appraisal review process,to strengthen the staff to check the cognitive level;(2)in the performance evaluation index system of design optimization of the original method of key performance indicators,Toll station appraisal and employee appraisal index system of performance from the original meaning of the word,to charge performance,performance,service quality,safety and integrity,and other major projects as the main evaluation dimensions,supplemented by certain points project,each dimension has a certain KPIs,structure optimization index system;(3)in execution link to strengthen the use of performance results.Strengthening of the employee’s salary incentive,performance evaluation results Toll station appraisal and employee appraisal results as an employee adjustment reward,merit pay,employees receive post adjustment and related training,etc.The only standard promotes the credibility of the appraisal.In this paper,the Yongjiang highway toll fee and the design of performance assessment system of the study,can understand team work present situation,control the working state of personnel of charge.For the company itself,that will have charges against team are not satisfied with some effective Suggestions and countermeasures,and provide the basis for company to improve management quality and level. |
