Study On Compliance Risk Management Of City Commercial Banks

The long-term sustainable development of commercial banks plays an active role in maintaining national financial security,guaranteeing financial services and stabilizing the financial system,in the development of new normal commercial banks,compliance risk management has become a required course.The implementation of compliance risk management is an important prerequisite for the development of commercial banks’ business compliance.At present,many domestic commercial banks have realized the strategic significance of compliance risk management,and actively built a compliance risk management system.But the city commercial bank is affected by the comprehensive strength,the reform factor and so on,its compliance risk management level is in the inferior position for a long time.With the development of city commercial banks,the backward level of compliance risk management,which does not match the scale of operation,has become an important obstacle to the further development of city commercial banks.Therefore,it is an important task for city commercial banks to actively explore the construction of compliance risk management and promote the development of business compliance.Based on the above-mentioned background,this study combs the domestic and foreign scholars’ research achievements on the compliance risk management of commercial banks,under the guidance of the internal control theory,the overall risk management ethics,and the corporate governance theory,taking JS bank as the research object,the questionnaire was distributed to the employees of JS Bank’s compliance risk management department and the employees of the grassroots branch,to investigate and understand the problems existing in JS Bank’s compliance risk management in terms of organization construction,Operation Mechanism Construction,system construction and compliance culture construction,and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems indepth.Finally,this study combined with the current development of JS Bank,this paper puts forward some practical optimization measures in terms of optimizing the organizational structure of compliance risk,perfecting the operational mechanism of compliance risk management,improving the system of compliance risk,and promoting the cultural construction of compliance risk management.I hope this study can provide a theoretical reference for JS Bank to improve the level of compliance risk management,but also for other domestic commercial banks to optimize the work of compliance risk management.
