With the development of economy and society,people’s consumption level is constantly improving.As a way of people’s consumption,tourism activities have also undergone significant changes.Compared with the traditional sightseeing tourism model,tourists pay more and more attention to the experience and participation of the tourism process.As an important carrier of tourism activities,tourist attractions should pay attention to how to satisfy tourists’ sense of experience and participation in the process of their planning and construction.The re-planning of improving the quality and effects of tourist attractions is an important part of further promoting the sustainable development of the tourism industry.Longgang Scenic Spot is a leading project in the development of cultural tourism industry in Yunyang County,Chongqing.In recent years,relying on the unique natural conditions of the scenic spot,on the basis of the existing sightseeing tourism projects,the scenic spot has developed some unique tourism experience projects,attracted a certain number of tourists in a short period of time.However,as for long term development,the growth in the number of tourists and the income from tourism consumption have not met expectations.In order to create a better experience environment for tourists,attract more tourists,and create higher economic value,it is necessary to have the re-plan to improve the quality of Longgang Scenic Spot.From the perspective of tourist experience,this research conducted a questionnaire survey on tourists,and analyzed the influencing factors of tourist experience in Longgang Scenic Spot through SPSS 22 data analysis program and IPA analysis method,and found out the deficiencies reflected in the tourist experience,which is conducive to the development of Longgang scenic spot,then propose corresponding promotion strategies for Longgang Scenic Spot,to improve the experience of tourists and the overall tourism quality of the scenic spot.This study first analyzed the research background and significance,points out the necessity of improving Longgang Scenic Spot on the basis of the current development and operation,and sorts out the research status of domestic and foreign tourists experience,influencing factors of tourist experience,and scenic spot improving statics.Then,on the basis of the six elements of tourism,combined with the actual situation of Longgang Scenic Spot,a questionnaire survey was prepared and distributed to tourists to analyze the influencing factors of tourist experience of Longgang Scenic Spot,and an index system of tourist experience influencing factors including 43 indicators in 7 dimensions was constructed.Through descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,IPA analysis,and on the basis of IPA analysis results,summarize the key influencing factors,and finally synthesize the results of surveys,interviews,tourist evaluations,etc.Four aspects of management services put forward strategic suggestions for improving the quality of scenic spots for Longgang Scenic Spot.The research has achieved the following results:(1)The overall evaluation of the importance of the factors affecting the experience of tourists in Longgang Scenic Spot is4.064 points,and the overall evaluation of satisfaction is 3.048 points,indicating that the overall satisfaction of tourists in Longgang Scenic Spot is not high;(2)Tourists The importance and satisfaction evaluation of different dimensions of experience influencing factors have different and significant effects on different population characteristics;(3)Through IPA model analysis,the dominant factors,maintenance factors,and low-importance improvement factors in the quality improvement process of Longgang Scenic Spot are established.and factors that need improvements.
