Our country’s high-performance computing technology has achieved rapid development in the past 30 years and has achieved world-renowned achievements.AS supercomputing projects need to consume a lot of existing resources.Strengthening the effectiveness of risk management of AS supercomputing projects can fundamentally avoid or reduce the negative impact caused by the instability of AS supercomputing projects.The importance of supercomputing projects requires us to control the risks of the projects to a minimum.In this context,this article chooses the risk assessment of AS supercomputing projects as the subject for research.This article takes the AS supercomputing project as an example to study its risk management problems,which can promote the theoretical research on the combination of risk assessment technology of technological innovation projects and other management work,and ensure the scientific and rational decision-making of AS supercomputing projects and reduce risks.It is helpful for AS over-calculation projects to effectively avoid and reduce risk losses in project construction and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.This article is carried out in accordance with the main ideas of risk identification-risk evaluation-risk control,based on project risk management theory,using literature research methods,field research methods,and quantitative analysis methods for systematic analysis.Use the literature research method to read the related literature of this article extensively,grasp the latest theoretical frontiers related to the research topics of this article,understand the current situation of related research at home and abroad,and lay a solid theoretical foundation for systematic research and discussion of AS supercomputing project risks.Adopt quantitative analysis methods,use quantitative analysis methods,establish an index system and carry out relevant analysis,and combine the quantitative analysis conclusions to make relevant suggestions for the risk prevention and control of AS over calculation projects.The risks of AS supercomputing projects include technical risk,capital risk,market risk,and management risk.Among them,the loss of core technical personnel under technical risk,insufficient understanding of technology,and new technology bottlenecks;the connection between management risk and other topics Communication,project team cohesion,and management system improvement;market risk governs channel development,customer relationships,user perception of overcomputing,and user acceptance of overcomputing;capital risk governs project overruns and project suspension.The calculated fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result is 0.671253,and it can be determined that the risk of the AS over-calculated project belongs to the ordinary risk.In view of this,this article proposes that the control strategy for technical risk factors of AS supercomputing projects should stabilize core technical personnel,strengthen database security control,introduce professional technical personnel,ensure the stability of team technology,optimize operation and maintenance IT technical capabilities;control strategies for market risk factors On the one hand,a variety of channel development relationships should be established,a reasonable layout and occupation of the market,and market development procedures should be optimized;the control strategy of enterprise management risk factors should improve the development process management,determine the operation management mechanism,and improve the over-calculation safety management mechanism;control the capital risk factors In terms of strategy,the early warning mechanism of capital risks should be strengthened,the sources of capital should be socialized,and the financial management system of non-profit organizations should be established and improved.
