While people enjoyed the results of scientific and technological progress, a variety of waste products also filled with our living environment quickly, the problems of environmental pollution and resource depletion have become more serious. The highest form of recycling economy "re-use" is remanufacturing, not only ease the conflicts of the shortage of resources and waste of resource, but minimize environmental pollution of waste products, and it was conducted to sustainable economic development. At present, our remanufacturing industry is still in the exploratory stage, there are many potential risk factors from the process product remanufacturing. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management of products remanufacturing, which contributing to achieving maximum efficiency of waste resources, and promoting circular economy.The article made the mechanical products for the study, based on the risk management of remanufacturing current situation and theory, and remanufacturing, used of flow chart for each stage of product remanufacturing risk identification, according to the sources of risk, classified the risks as six categories, market risk, equipment risk, technology risk, management risk, cost risk and policy risk, then extracted 31 key risk factors, constructed risk evaluation system of product remanufacturing, used the Fuzzy-AHP comprehensive evaluation model which based on Triangular fuzzy numbers assessed risks of products remanufacturing. Application of the principle of triangular fuzzy numbers to replace the traditional method of AHP important values 1-9 scale, weakening the large deviation of AHP strong human subjectivity effectively in the calculation of the index weights, making the product remanufacturing risk assessment more in line with objectivity and practicality. In order to verifiy the risk assessment methodology which based on Triangular fuzzy numbers, make A business with automotive parts remanufacturing as the research object. For the sake of managing the risk of product remanufacturing effectively, the article researched the product remanufacturing risk early warning system further, and developed preventive measures for not only various risk factors but single risk factors depending on the situation of risk.
