Chinese enters here and there in china as the development of supermarket, big show case can be used in big blood storage cooling room, small show case can be used in small cabinet in urban area. But now many risks are not managed. Because of show cases are normally used in super market, so its quality is very important to each of us, in this thesis, I will use ACE tools from UTC (UTC:United Technology Corporation),HP and Microsoft to manage risks, it contains risks data collection, risk definition, risk measure preparation, risk measure choice and usage, risk tracking and monitoring. For this project, I will do the study according to the following progress:First:introduce basic theories about enterprise R&D risk management, now risk management theory and steps.Second:introduce my company glass door freezer project risk management summary, and introduce my company’s risk management methods and status.Third:introduce this project’s risk factors analysis and methods.Fourth:use meths mould to evaluate risk, more about fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Last:introduce risk control, introduce my company’s risk management measures and methods.In thesis, we will discuss the following innovation study:(1) Build up project R&D evaluation index system, use RRCA method to analyze risks.(2) Take glass door freezer project for example, analyze risks one by one, and supply theory basis for enterprise risk management.In this thesis, use the following ACE tools:Use progress charm to check risk; use turnback sheet to collect risk data; use fishbone chart to analyze risk; use Pareto chart to qualify risk level; use 5 Why and RRCA to analyze risks; use success story to precaution and control risks.
