With the trend of development of the economic globalization, to survive and development in the vagaries of the external environment the companies must build a corporate culture, except to have excellent management capabilities. Excellent corporate has become an important part of the enterprise’s core competitiveness, the key to success. With its keen sense of smell, the Ao Fang of the leaders of the company felt the importance of corporate culture construction.In this paper, combined with the enterprise culture construction of the related concepts, the OCAI scale of the Guangxi Olympic square electric company enterprise culture construction present situation and expectation of employees for diagnosis and analysis, and then according to the diagnostic analysis of the results of the Austrian Cultural Design and refined, as the Austrian company enterprise culture construction and the development direction. Recommendations for the Austrian side corporate culture construction should pay attention to two aspects:1to strengthen the rule oriented hierarchy standard culture;2market share target to team common target transfer.
