The soul of an enterprise is corporate culture,which is a synthesis of the values and behavior of all employees.If an enterprise wants to have the core competitiveness,it needs to be reflected in its advanced corporate culture.Advanced enterprise culture is not only the power source of the healthy development of the enterprise,but also an important means to consolidate the Great Wall of the enterprise foundation.After long-term development and practice,state-owned enterprises contain rich culture,which reflects the needs of the times and also has its own characteristics.However,at present,the trend of economic globalization and world multipolarization is full of ups and downs.Science and technology are developing rapidly and competition is fierce for comprehensive national strength is becoming increasingly fierce.It is urgent to build an advanced corporate culture.Firstly,this paper summarizes and compares the research trends at home and abroad,combs the relevant concepts of corporate culture and its measurement,and summarizes the main diagnostic tools of corporate culture.Finally,it selects the OCAI scale,which is currently the most widely used,as the cultural diagnostic tool,and uses face-to-face interviews and the measurement method of combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Then,G company,the only public welfare state-owned enterprise in the province,which is dominated by the slow moving public system and closely combines social and economic benefits,is taken as the case background.Fully grasp the general situation of G company,design a questionnaire with OCAI scale to measure the current and expected corporate culture types of G company,and conduct face-to-face interviews with senior leaders.The quantitative results and qualitative corroborate each other,draw suggestions on the cultural reform of G company,and summarize the cultural reform plan of G company.After investigation,it is found that G company is now in a highly competitive market environment,and enterprises need to find a means of survival through corporate culture reform.Now G company is mainly a team type and a hierarchical type of corporate culture.Now the corporate culture can not adapt to the era of rapid development.Such a cultural enterprise type restricts the company’s exploration of the future road of industrial transformation and innovative development,It reduces the pioneering ability of the employees of the enterprise.In the future,the enterprise should change to a market-oriented enterprise culture type,pay attention to the changes in market demand,rely on the overall requirements of the "14th five year plan",take advantage of the transformation trend of "digitalization of state-owned enterprises",and take the direction of slightly reducing the proportion of team type and control type,and vigorously developing the market-oriented culture,from the spiritual level,institutional level,behavioral level Change in the physical.Finally,through the five step implementation process of "enterprise culture diagnosis-organization of enterprise reform personnel-enterprise culture strategic development-enterprise culture operation planning-enterprise culture risk management",G company’s enterprise culture reform is carried out.Corporate culture reform is a long-term process that needs to be adhered to.It requires enterprises and employees to work together to overcome difficulties,follow the principles of prudence,persistence and system,and ensure the successful transformation of corporate culture through the processes of corporate culture diagnosis,personnel formation,strategic development,operation planning and risk management.Through the research on corporate culture diagnosis based on G company,this paper hopes to give some reference suggestions to G company,and also hopes to give some inspiration to other enterprises in the same industry.
