Research On The Efficiency And Driving Factors Of The Transformation And Upgrading Of Manufacturing Industry

Our country’s economic growth and development are different from the past.It is no longer a stage of blindly pursuing economic growth.It has gradually transitioned to the current state of pursuing high-quality economic growth and development.In this context,the power conversion of the manufacturing industry,the quality,efficiency and energy reform of the transformation and upgrading have become the top priorities.exploring its driving factors and evaluating the efficiency is of great practical significance for our country’s manufacturing enterprisesThis paper used the grounded theory method to make a three-level coding analysis of the case materials of manufacturing enterprises in recent years.During the analysis,the direction of the manufacturing enterprises’ transformation and upgrading under the background of our country’s new economic normal and the driving factors of it are clarified.Based on analysis and evaluation,the driving factors are divided into three aspects: basic environment,technological innovation,and sustainable development.The entropy method,DEA and panel data regression model are used to analyze and evaluate the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises in all provinces and cities from 2010 to 2019,as well as the degree and effect of driving factors.And to turn out how to adjust the driving factors to further improve the manufacturing industry.Through research,it is found that the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises has steadily improved since 2010.In terms of basic environment,abundant natural and social resources have provided resource guarantee for my country’s Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions.In terms of technological innovation,manufacturing enterprises in most provinces in my country have significantly improved their technological innovation capabilities in the process of transformation and upgrading,but there is still much room for improvement in the transformation of technological innovation results.In terms of sustainable development,the manufacturing industry in most provinces in my country pays more attention to green manufacturing.However,foreign direct investment has squeezed out the resources of my country’s manufacturing industry to a certain extent,causing my country’s manufacturing industry to lose a certain basic environmental innovation vitality,thereby reducing the efficiency of manufacturing transformation and upgrading.Funds for scientific research activities,personnel for scientific research activities,and the level of enterprise technology transformation have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of technological innovation in my country’s manufacturing industry,but the rate of change is low.Based on the existing problems,this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the coordinated development of the transformation and upgrading efficiency of the manufacturing industry in various regions of our country,improve the infrastructure construction,develop the company’s technological innovation capabilities,give play to the leadership role of the government,and adhere sustainable development.
