Research On Logistics Optimization Of Relay Business Of F Company Based On Lean Thinking

When the logistics industry has experienced the modernization reform of the industry,it is now in the stage of transformation.Lean logistics theory is derived from lean thinking,and DMAIC model is derived from Lean Six Sigma theory.It is used to realize the needs of modern logistics development,such as customer-centered,eliminating waste,improving efficiency and improving service quality.In the context of the information age,the inefficient and time-consuming traditional logistics management model gradually highlights the signs of disadvantages.In order to build a socially competitive logistics management system,the key to adopting lean management is to grasp the key steps of each link and organically integrate the key links of creating value.Under the background that most manufacturing enterprises implement the lean concept,all industries begin to try to use lean management,optimize and improve.Therefore,the author explores and tries to apply the lean idea to the relay type logistics business,and expects to produce the effect of lean,which will also be of extraordinary significance to the development of the industry.This paper is based on the current situation of domestic logistics management and the idea of lean logistics management;Select the relay business of F logistics company as the case study object;With the help of DMAIC model,aiming at the current situation of logistics operation of business,combined with the characteristics of relay logistics,this paper analyzes the current situation of business from the perspectives of logistics process,information flow process and layout setting by drawing business flow chart,and obtains the problems of long operation cycle,lagging information transmission,waste of space and complicated manual operation;Then assist with employee interviews,sort out employee feedback and classified brainstorming information,draw fishbone diagram and analyze the real causes;And put forward the optimization scheme to improve the deficiencies of route planning,site allocation and equipment technology through mileage saving method,ECRs analysis method and information construction;Finally,we can shorten the cycle,reduce the area and improve the quality and efficiency of information operation,and realize the purpose of lean management of logistics enterprises.Stepping out of the leading step of the logistics industry,meeting the service needs of customers and improving the quality and timeliness of logistics are of great significance,whether it is logistics management or the prospect development of modern logistics industry.
