| The problem of migrant workers has always been one of the focuses in the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",is a special group appearing in the period of economic transition,and is the product of the urban-rural dual economic system.With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of society,people’s living standards have been greatly changed,the internal and external development environment of the family has been greatly changed,but the family is a basic unit of human society,its composition and people’s spiritual pillar and emotional home status will never change,second,also significantly improve the quality of life of farmers.The return of migrant workers to their hometowns to start businesses is not only conducive to promoting the revitalization of rural industries and the development of non-agricultural industries,but also conducive to solving the problems of pension,education,housing,employment,etc.More importantly,it plays a very important role in improving the development ability of rural families.In this thesis,literature research,questionnaire survey,empirical analysis and binary logistic regression model are adopted.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and push-pull theory,the questionnaire data are used to analyze the impact of returning home to start a business on the family development ability of migrant workers from three aspects:individual,family and external factors.The conclusion shows that,Gender,age,education level,years of migrant work,marital status,entrepreneurial form,entrepreneurial training,the number of old people to support,and policy support are significant factors affecting family development ability,while whether the entrepreneurial industry is agriculture or not and the health status of family members have no significant impact on family development ability.Based on this,interviews are conducted on migrant workers who return to their hometowns to start businesses.According to the interview results,based on the policies already introduced and combined with the actual situation of Heze City in Shandong Province,the thesis focuses on four aspects: strengthening entrepreneurship training,building entrepreneurship exchange platform,improving rural social security system and expanding financing channels for migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses.This thesis puts forward some countermeasures to promote migrant workers’ return home to start a business and enhance the ability of family development,in order to improve the ability and success probability of migrant workers to return to start a business,reduce the resistance of various aspects and improve the personal literacy of migrant workers as the breakthrough point,in order to help the existing problems in the development of Chinese rural family and promote the level of family development ability. |
