With the rapid development of the Internet era,the integration of online and offline has become the normal development of China’s retail industry,thus ushering in a new retail era.Various business models under the background of new retail also continue to innovate and develop.In the context of new retail,this paper uses relevant marketing theories to analyze the new retail business model of B Fresh Group Company.This paper analyzes the company’s business model under the new retail industry from the perspective of "six elements of Wei and Zhu",and combines the data-driven model under the new retail environment to plan and optimize the company’s business model,hoping to provide reference for the development of similar enterprises under the new retail background.This paper is mainly divided into six chapters.First of all,the concept of new retail,the characteristics of The Times and business models and related theories are combed and applied,and then the situation of B Fresh Group company is introduced in detail,and the competitiveness of the enterprise is analyzed.At the same time,this study conducted a detailed interview on B Fresh Group Company,and then applied the "Wei Zhu six elements" theory to study and analyze the business model of B Fresh Group from its customer positioning,business system,key resource capability,profit model and other aspects,put forward its existing problems and analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward optimization suggestions from three aspects: user positioning,business system and profit model.This paper takes B Fresh Group as the research object to carry out analysis and discussion,reshape and optimize its business model and structure,hoping to provide some reference for the commercial development of similar enterprises.
