The focus of China’s rural development has shifted from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization, entering the "post-poverty era".In the future, relative poverty will continue to exist, and there is a long way to go to narrow the relative income gap,and the current rural poverty alleviation population is still the "short board" of the three rural areas, which will affect the sustainable development of rural areas.By studying the impact of poverty alleviation farmers’ livelihood capital on household income,we can better guide poverty alleviated farmers to accurately increase their livelihood capital at the micro level,so as to improve sustainable development and increase family income.Q City used to be one of the poor counties in Anhui Province, although the regional economy has developed rapidly in recent years, but the gap between urban and rural areas and between groups is still large, through the survey,it was found that some farmers in Q City are facing problems such as insufficient capacity for sustainable livelihood development and lack of livelihood capital, and if the sustainable livelihood problems of these farmers are still not well solved, then they may face the risk of falling back into poverty at any time. Therefore,it is of great practical significance and value to study the impact of sustainable livelihood capital on the income of poverty alleviation rural households and explore effective ways to promote the sustained and stable income increase of poverty alleviation rural households.Guided by the income theory and sustainable livelihood theory, this thesis constructs the index system of sustainable livelihood capital, uses the log-linear regression model to analyze the factors that influence the sustainable income increase of farmers out of poverty, and proposes effective countermeasures and improvement paths according to the empirical results. The main empirical results of this thesis are as follows:(1)The six livelihood capital stocks of poverty alleviated rural households are very different, with the stock of human capital being the largest and the stock of natural capital being the least.(2)Through empirical analysis of the mechanism of the impact of livelihood capital on the income of poverty alleviated rural households, the results show that natural capital, social capital, material capital and human capital can have a significant positive impact on the income of poverty alleviated rural households, psychological capital has a significant negative impact on the income of poverty alleviation rural households, the influence of financial capital on the income of poverty alleviation rural households is not supported, and natural capital has the greatest impact on the income of poverty alleviation rural households.(3)Among the secondary indexes, cultivated land area, forest land area, human favor expenditure, trust in surrounding people, number of durable consumer goods, average years of education and labor force to the proportion of household population had a significant positive impact on the income of rural households that were lifted out of poverty, and household deposits, household loans, distance to logistics points, local popularity, value of durable consumer goods, road conditions, proportion of sick population in household population, happiness score and confidence in future life did not have a significant impact on the income of poverty alleviation rural households.Based on the empirical research results, this thesis puts forward the following policy suggestions:(1)Promote the appropriate scale management of cultivated land and vigorously develop forest land resources.(2)Ensure the sustained growth of the income of rural households that have been lifted out of poverty and innovate the financial service system.(3)Cultivate social capital and build a better countryside together.(4)Strengthen infrastructure construction and improve the material capital of rural households that have been lifted out of poverty.(5)Increase investment in basic education and improve the level of medical security.(6)Change the development concept of poverty alleviation peasant households and improve psychological capital.
