| Nowadays,with the rise of the global knowledge economy,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Service and manufacturing enterprises in our country play an important role in the development of my country’s national economy in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.At the same time,numerous breakthrough studies and disruptive technological innovations emerge in an endless stream,and the sharp rise in consumer demand has also made the external environment of enterprises full of uncertainty.At present,it is extremely urgent for companies to enter new industries through the original industry boundaries,to develop new markets,businesses and products,thereby opening up new business operations and enhancing their competitive advantages.Therefore,this thesis adopts theories related to network structure to find new breakthroughs in activities that have improved corporate performance.This research takes the current state of the enterprise as the background,network structure as the basic theory,organizational resilience as the intermediary variable,and environmental uncertainty as the moderating variable of the relationship between network structure and organizational resilience.The purpose of writing is to study the relationship between organizational resilience and organizational performance,and how organizational resilience has an effect in it,and at the same time to study the effect of environmental uncertainty on the relationship between organizational resilience and organizational resilience.The purpose of this paper is to reveal the methods for enterprises to improve organizational performance and provide reference suggestions for management practice.The study in the paper systematically combed the relevant literature on variables.With organizational resilience as the intermediary variable and environmental uncertainty as the adjusting variable,it built a relationship model among the four variables of network structure including organizational resilience,environmental uncertainty,and organizational performance.It provided research hypotheses for the direct effects,intermediary effects,and regulatory effects of the model,and conducted empirical analysis and test by collecting 318 valid sample data.The results show that network structure has a significant positive impact on organizational toughness;Network structure has a significant positive impact on organizational performance;Organizational resilience has a significant positive impact on organizational performance;Organizational resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between network structure and organizational performance;Environmental uncertainty plays a moderating role in the relationship between organizational resilience and organizational performance.To sum up,this paper illustrates the enterprise network structure and organizational resilience variables,and studies how to use the organizational resilience mechanism to organically combine resources and information to improve the agility and adaptability of enterprises,and then improve the organizational performance of enterprises under environmental uncertainty.The conclusion of this study shows that network structure and organizational resilience can improve organizational performance under the effect of environmental uncertainty,which is helpful to enrich and improve the relevant theories of organizational performance and make up for the lack of relevant research.In addition,this paper analyzes the key influencing factors of organizational performance so that enterprises can improve their core competitiveness by improving network structure,organizational resilience and other behaviors,and provide more reference and decision-making suggestions for the long-term development of enterprises. |
