| With the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic,the intensification of anti-globalization and the onset of a new round of technological change,the external environment has changed dramatically.The Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and other emerging digital technologies are becoming a new driving force for digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing in the traditional manufacturing industry.The related digital economy is gradually becoming the core driving force for the sustainable development of our economy and industrial transformation and upgrading.The digital economy uses data as a key factor of production to promoting the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy through digital industrialization and industrial digitization.Currently,we are ushering in the era of digital economy,which is also the era of the fourth industrial revolution.Under this background,how to realize the digital transformation of Chinese traditional manufacturing industry and how the impact of emerging digital technologies on the manufacturing services and transformation drive of traditional manufacturing industry are becoming urgent issues to be studied.Based on TOE theoretical framework(technology-organization-environment),this thesis qualitatively analyzes the components and relationships among elements in the digital transformation process of traditional manufacturing enterprises.Based on this,this thesis constructs three subsystems of Organization,Technology and Environment in the digital transformation process of traditional manufacturing enterprises.And the System dynamics model is constructed by System Dynamics(SD)and Vensim PLE software to study the mechanism of digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industry.The simulation policy experiment analyzes the digital transformation path of traditional manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of digital density,collaborative innovation and digital infrastructure.The research results provide suggestions for the application of digital technology and policy tools.The research shows that the improvement of digital density and practitioners’ digital literacy has a positive impact on the improvement of the total factor productivity of traditional manufacturing industry,so that it can make full use of production factors and promote productivity growth.Collaborative innovation uses data to express new productivity structure and production relations,reconstructs the management mode of traditional manufacturing industry,and ensures the efficiency and timeliness of digital transformation.The new digital infrastructure can effectively bridge the digital divide and is an important driving force for the digital transformation and development of traditional manufacturing industry.Digital economy and its related industries have shown a steady and improving trend of development,which can serve as a strong backing for the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industries. |
