| Community is an important basic element in the constituent parts of various regions in our country.It plays an inestimable role in the economic and political development of the region.It guides the development of the overall regional economy and allocates the cooperative relationship between the application of resources and institutional facilities of the whole region.Property company only to ensure the safety of the community,the community of people’s life and work in the orderly progress of the contribution to social development can continue to improve.Based on this background,This paper takes the residential community managed by the property company as the research object,and the community type is urban residential community.This paper Firstl analyzes related concepts and safety theories,and then points out the current situation of community safety management of Shijiazhuang property management Company through an investigation in community management of Shijiazhuang property management Company.Based on the safety analysis model,the community safety management model and evaluation index system of property management company are constructed.Through expert visiting and investigation results weighting factor of each index,USES the AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the community safety management from the perspective of property company empirical research on the problems of language four downtown area,a total of25 property company for research,analysis of each property company in scores of each index and ranking,According to the analysis result lists in the work of community property in the process of the management of the company may face a variety of community safety and security problems,for subsequent community safety management and construction,community management improvement Suggestions are proposed according to the empirical research conclusion.The results show that the index system established in this paper is in line with the characteristics of common safety problems in most communities.Property management companies need to pay special attention to the residents and resource factors in the future community safety management,but also need to inject energy into property management and company management,to avoid management loopholes resulting in security risks.In addition,the property management company needs to conduct community safety management from the four aspects of residents,resources,environment and management.A good performance in one aspect cannot represent the safety state of the whole community,so it needs to be improved jointly.This paper provides guidance and reference for property companies to improve the quality of business service and community safety management measures in the future. |
