| Under the background of digital ecological development,manufacturing enterprises hope to realize the digitalization of business and production processes through digital transformation,and makethe enterprise develop betterthe high-quality development of enterprises.However,most of the transformation of manufacturing enterprises has little effect,and "no transformation" has become a major problem in the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.As an important organizational change behavior,the enterprise digital transformation needs to rely on the construction of the internal knowledge network structure of the enterprise.At the same time,the external environment is unpredictable.It will be very difficult to seek innovation and transformation only by relying on the internal knowledge base of the enterprise.Digital platforms such as the industrial Internet provide good assistance for manufacturing enterprises to obtain knowledge resources through external interaction.Guided by theory of organizational change,this study studies the digital transformation performance of manufacturing firm based on platform knowledge search and knowledge network cohesion,and will focus on answering the following questions:(1)Will platform knowledge search affect the digital transformation performance of manufacturing enterprises?(2)What role does knowledge network cohesion play in this process of realizing digital transformation performance?(3)What are the configuration paths for manufacturing enterprises to achieve high digital transformation performance?This study first constructs the influencing factor model of manufacturing enterprises’ digital transformation performance,and discusses the relationship between platform knowledge search,knowledge network cohesion and manufacturing enterprises’ digital transformation performance.Taking the enterprises participating in the industrial Internet platform as the research object,aftersmall range test and large questionnaire collection,194 large sample of vaild data were collected,and empirically analyzed using SPSS,AMOS and other software,The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Both platform technology knowledge search and platform market knowledge search positively affect manufacturing enterprises’ digital transformation performance;(2)The local cohesion of knowledge network positively affects the performance of digital transformation,and the global cohesion positively affects digital transformation performance,while the inverted U shape has not been verified;(3)Local cohesion positively regulates platform technology knowledge search and digital transformation performance,while the global cohesion of knowledge network has no significant regulatory effect on platform technology knowledge search and digital transformation performance;(4)Local cohesion of knowledge network positively regulates platform market knowledge search and digital transformation performance,while global cohesion of knowledge network has no significant regulatory effect on knowledge search and digital transformation performance in the platform market.Through empirical analysis,influence mechanism of digital transformation performance is clarified from the platform knowledge search and knowledge network cohesion level.On this basis,in order to further answer the question of how manufacturing enterprises achieve high digital transformation performance,configuration thinking is introduced.From the platform ecology and knowledge network level,with platform technology knowledge search,platform market knowledge search,platform ecology embedding,the knowledge network partial cohesion and global cohesion as preconditions,digital transformation performance as result variable,a configuration model is proposed,and four paths to achieve high digital transformation performance are obtained through fs QCA analysis,and two paths to generate low digital transformation performance.According to the differences of core leading conditions,the configuration path of high digital transformation performance can be summarized as "platform ecological leading" path and "knowledge network leading" path,among them,the path of "platform ecology leading" includes two sub-paths: "ecology-local cohesion" and "ecology-knowledge search";The path of "knowledge network leading" can be subdivided into two sub-paths: "market-local driving" and "technology-local-global coordination".Through empirical and configuration analysis,this study reveals the impact mechanism and path mechanism of platform knowledge search and knowledge network cohesion on the performance of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises,further expands the research on the related fields of platform knowledge search and digital transformation performance,and provides a reference for manufacturing firm selecting appropriate path to make digital transformation performance higher. |
