| Agriculture has always been the foundation of the national economy.As an ancient and large agricultural country,China’s sustained and steady development of agriculture has promoted social progress in rural areas,improved the living standards of farmers,and ensured social stability in China.The sustainable development of the planting industry is also related to the most fundamental component of Chinese society-the sustainable development of rural areas.The sustainable development of the planting industry is not only related to the sustainable development of agriculture,but also to the sustainable development of the most basic component of Chinese society-rural areas.Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural and grain producing province in China,and an important commodity grain base in the country.The development of Heilongjiang Province plays an important role in ensuring agricultural security and social stability.This article takes the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province as the research area,analyzes the sustainable development level and spatial and spatial-temporal differences of the planting industry in the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province,reveals the development status of the planting industry in the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province,and provides a basis for promoting the sustainable development of the planting industry in the agricultural areas and consolidating the achievements of rural revitalization.This article takes the current situation of planting development in 13 cities and regions within the agricultural region of Heilongjiang Province,including Harbin City,Qiqihar City,Mudanjiang City,Jiamusi City,Daqing City,Jixi City,Shuangyashan City,Yichun City,Qitaihe City,Hegang City,Heihe City,Suihua City,and Da Hinggan Ling Prefecture.Through data collection,questionnaire consultation,and statistical summary,11 evaluation indicators were selected and divided into four subsystems:economy,environment,production,and society;Using entropy weight method to calculate the weight of each index;Using the weighted linear weighted synthesis method to calculate the score of each subsystem;Using the natural breakpoint grading method to analyse the difference between sustainable development level and overall level in the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province was analyzed using the natural breakpoint grading method;Using spatial autocorrelation method to analyze the sustainable development of planting industry in in the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province,spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation were analyzed;Visualize spatiotemporal differentiation using Arc GIS software.Based on the spatial distribution,spatial autocorrelation,and local spatial autocorrelation of sustainable development subsystems in 13 cities and regions,this paper explores the spatiotemporal differentiation of sustainable development of planting industry in the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development of planting industry in the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province in combination with the development status of nature,economy,and planting industry in Heilongjiang Province.The results and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)During 2016-2020,in the evaluation system for sustainable development of planting industry in the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province,the scores of production subsystems continued to decline,the scores of economic subsystems and environmental subsystems continued to rise,and the scores of social subsystems were basically flat.(2)During 2016-2020,the sustainable development of planting industry in agricultural areas of Harbin,Qiqihar,Suihua,and Jiamusi was at a high level;The sustainable development of the planting industry in the agricultural areas of Daqing City and Mudanjiang City is at a medium level;The sustainable development of agricultural planting in Yichun,Qitaihe City,and Da Hinggan Ling Prefecture is at a low level;The sustainable development of the planting industry in the agricultural areas of Hegang City rose to a moderate level in 2017;The sustainable development of the planting industry in the agricultural area of Heihe City rose to a medium level in 2018;The sustainable development of the planting industry in the agricultural areas of Jixi City and Shuangyashan City has risen to a medium level in 2019.(3)During 2016-2020,the overall planting industry in the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province presented a biaxial spatial distribution characteristic of "Harbin-Suihua-Qiqihar" and "Harbin-Jiamusi",and the formation of the "Harbin – Suihua-Qiqihar" development axis and the "Harbin-Jiamusi" development axis has been determined.(4)During 2016-2020,the hot spots for sustainable development of planting industry in the agricultural areas of Heilongjiang Province were Harbin City and Qiqihar City,while other regions were not significant,with no changes for 5 consecutive years and no consistent distribution of cold and hot spots.(5)Based on the current development situation of nature,economy,and planting industry in Heilongjiang Province,combined with the analysis results of the paper,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the sustainable development of planting industry in agricultural areas in Heilongjiang Province,including: strengthen the radiation and driving role of the sustainable development axis of the planting industry;utilizing enterprises to promote sustainable development of planting industry in agricultural areas;strengthening the utilization and protection of land resources;promoting the application of new technologies;consolidate the social foundation of planting industry development. |
