| The report of the Nineteenth congress of the Chinese Communist Party proposes that,the measure to implement rural development strategy,as one of important policies to guide solutions of agriculture,farmer and rural problems,is a main approach to realize prosperity of rural industry,ecological and livable environment,civilized behavior,effective governance and prosperous life in rural area.Moreover,establishing characteristic town with distinctive industrial and cultural features and beautiful environment would also promote urban-rural integration in a positive way.Based on related theory of spatial theory and related practice of characteristic town,the paper explores the cause of spatial characteristics,dividing spatial development from macroscopic,intermediate and microscopic aspects.Combining overall requirements of rural development strategy and content of spatial development in industrial characteristic town,the paper takes agricultural tourism town in Sangua Commune in Chaohu city,as the research object,adopting methods including literature research,field investigation and so on to comb current status of the buildings and analyze problems existing in spatial development from microscopic,intermediate and microscopic aspects,based on which the paper further discusses specific countermeasures for spatial development in industrial characteristic town from several aspects including spatial structure layouting,industry developing,traffic system updating,environment texture continuing,water network spatial pattern establishing,green ecological network constructing,external space perfecting,infrastructure constructing and architectural features guiding,looking forward to providing guidance for the establishment of agricultural travelling town in Sangua Commune,and reference for the construction of characteristic town according to local conditions and the implementation of rural development strategy.The paper is mainly divided into three parts,first part briefly summarizes the research background and research meaning,and defines the research object;second part conducts literature review to study related theories and practice,describing the cause of characteristic town’s spatial features and content of spatial development;last part presents current problems found in Sangua Commune in Chaohu city through investigation and put forward corresponding solutions to these problems. |
