| In the context of economic globalization,competition among various industries is becoming increasingly fierce,and competition for human resources is intensifying.How to effectively and reasonably play the role of high-quality talent.More and more companies are choosing to join the wave of optimizing training management systems.As a key team in the organization,middle management is the backbone of coordination and communication within the organization.Their high competence and competitiveness are important factors related to the survival and development of the company,which can create good benefits for the company and give them unlimited potential.With the increasing number of joint ventures at present,their unique constraints cannot copy the existing training management experience.Training system optimization has gradually become an important trend in the development of the joint venture.The core position of middle management can drive the efficient operation of the company’s training management system,and will become the core force for the reform and development of the joint venture.With the background of technology and consumption upgrading,the automobile manufacturing industry is undergoing a major change led by electrification and intelligence.This thesis selects G Joint Venture,which is in the bottleneck period of development,as the research object,and takes the optimization of the training system for middle managers as the research content.Through the literature research method,it describes the theoretical basis of the training system,and combines the current situation of the company’s middle management training system,Analyze and diagnose the existing training system for middle management.Through questionnaires and interviews,the training management system of middle-level managers was deeply analyzed and studied,and the main problems of its training system were screened out: traditional training teaching methods,lack of systematization of training plans and curriculum settings,and so on.The optimization plans proposed for this include implementing diversified training methods,optimizing training course content,and constructing a systematic training plan and course system.In order to ensure the implementation of the training optimization plan,corresponding safeguard measures are issued to improve the combat effectiveness of middle management personnel,help the company get rid of difficulties and retain talents,and achieve the strategic transformation goal,which is of great significance for the long-term development of the company.At present,there is little research on the training system of middle management in the market.It is expected that this research can not only improve the training management effect of G joint venture,but also provide domestic companies,especially joint ventures,with optimization plans for the training system of middle managers.It is also expected to provide reference and thinking for the company to improve the training management of middle managers,and make enlightening contributions to its practice and development. |
