| The business model of an enterprise is tested by the market and evolves according to market changes.The success or failure of an enterprise is determined by the result of its business model.The survival and development of an enterprise needs to be based on a good business model.Ostwald,in his book business model generation business model provided by the customer,the content,infrastructure and financial four parts,the concrete is composed of nine modules,he proposed a business model that describes the business process of value creation,value delivery and value and is a proven in the business of relatively complete theoretical model.In China’s liquor retail industry,business models of different enterprises are constantly emerging and iterating.From the distribution model of traditional enterprises,to the chain operation model dominated by retail terminals,to the B2 C and B2 B models dominated by e-commerce platform enterprises,with the development of O2 O business model integrating online and offline in different industries,the innovation of business model has evolved to the era of new retail business model.This thesis chooses H Company,a new enterprise born in the field of liquor retail,as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the research object and its industry background,and makes clear the research status and significance.Then from the perspective of business model research,using Ostwald’s "canvas model" theory as a specific analysis tool,from four aspects of a comprehensive analysis of the business model of the enterprise,and through the summary clearly pointed out the different problems existing in the design of H company’s new retail business model;Based on this,corresponding suggestions for the improvement of H company’s business model are given.Finally,summarize and forecast its business model.The research of this thesis not only provides suggestions for H Company to improve its new retail business model,but also effectively supplements the application cases of business model in the process of enterprise practice,and provides reference for Chinese liquor distribution enterprises to design,explore and practice business model.At the same time,the study enriches the content of business model research and provides a living case from the business community. |
