Research On The Driving Factors Of The Development Of The Digital Economy In Anhui

The curtain has been opened on the digital transformation of traditional industries,and every industry will become a technology-driven modern industry in the future.The digital economy has become a favorable "weapon" in the upward space of traditional industries.In today’s new round of technological change,it is crucial to seize the digital economy.In recent years,Anhui Province has also worked hard to make the digital economy bigger and stronger.In this context,it is important to measure the development of the digital economy and study its related influencing factors.Based on the relevant data of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2019,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the digital economy development index,which is calculated by using the entropy value method.The results show that the digital economy development index of Hefei,Wuhu,Chuzhou and Anqing ranks high,the digital economy development index of Central Anhui is higher,and the digital economy development index of northern Anhui is relatively backward.The results of the Thiel Index show that the difference in the development of the digital economy in Anhui Province is shrinking,and the Thiel Index in the digital economy development region of Anhui Province has a greater impact on the total Thiel Index,and the interregional Thiel Index has a relatively small impact on the total Thiel Index.The results of the σconvergence and β convergence models show that the σ value of the digital economy development in Anhui from 2011 to 2019 has been rising,and the σ values of the digital economy development index in southern Anhui,central Anhui and northern Anhui are gradually increasing;the β values in Anhui Province and northern Anhui Have passed the significance test and are negative,and the six cities in northern Anhui have the first to be consistent.By establishing a normal panel regression model to explore the influencing factors of the development of the digital economy in Anhui Province,it is found that the investment in scientific research funds,economic development water and industrial structure have a positive impact on the development of the digital economy in Anhui Province.Finally,the factor detection and interaction detection of the drivers of the digital economic development in Anhui 16 cities were carried out by geodetectional detector software,and the significance test was found that the two factors were both bi-factor linearly enhanced.Based on the results of the research,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations:First,accelerate the construction of digital economy talent team.Second,promote the industrialization of information technology.Third,develop an active digital strategy and optimize the investment structure.Fourth,integrate the digital economy into urban construction.Fifth,continue to increase investment in innovation,encourage original innovation,improve the technical level of scientific research personnel,and build an efficient scientific research system.Sixth,to ensure the construction of digital infrastructure.
