China is a large agricultural country.The rural resident population accounts for more than 40% of the total population.It has promoted rural development to social stability,economic development,and national happiness.However,due to the limitations of their own development and relatively poor economic development,the countryside has made the countryside the shortcomings of the comprehensive building of a well-off society in my country,which is not conducive to the steady development of our society.Therefore,the government has always attached great importance to rural development,and has issued a series of policy documents to promote rural development,such as the Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan,to guide rural development with policies.Finance has always been an important channel for rural sources of funds,and the government document mentions: in the process of promoting the realization of rural revitalization,increase the input of financial resources,guide financial capital into the rural economic development link,continuously optimize the allocation of rural financial resources,and give full play to the key role of finance in promoting rural development.However,due to the cost problem,the traditional financial system has a very limited role in promoting rural development,which is difficult to promote the full development of finance and economy in rural areas,which is not conducive to the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.With the rapid development of digital technology,China has deeply implemented the strategy of digital economy development,attached importance to the development of digital inclusive finance,promoted the process of finance to help rural development,and promoted rural areas to get rid of the dilemma of difficult financial support.This article first analyzes the current status of digital inclusive finance in Shandong Province,and calculates the level of rural revitalization and development in 16 cities in Shandong Province through the establishment of a rural revitalization evaluation system,and analyzes the status of rural revitalization in Shandong Province.Then,from the theoretical level,analyze the influence mechanism of digital inclusive finance to promote rural development,and further put forward the research assumptions of this article.Next,in order to explore the possible relationship between the digital inclusive finance and the rural revitalization of Shandong Province,the benchmark regression analysis,the analysis of the dimensions of the dimension,the stability test,the regional heterogeneous analysis,and the threshold effect analysis are performed through the empirical model.The internal association between the two conducts a comprehensive exploration.In the end,the following conclusions are obtained through qualitative and quantitative analysis: First,the development of digital inclusive finance in Shandong Province is conducive to promoting the realization of rural revitalization;second,the influence of different dimensions of digital inclusive finance on the rural development of Shandong Province is different Among them,covering breadth is the most effective for rural development in Shandong Province,indicating that in the development of digital inclusive finance in Shandong Province,we should vigorously broaden the scope of financial services to promote rural development;Third,the impact of digital inclusive finance on the revitalization of rural rural in Shandong Province has the heterogeneity of the region;fourth,when the Internet popularization level reaches a specific threshold value,digital universal generalization Hui Finance’s role in promoting rural revitalization will slow down.Finally,based on the conclusions of this article,targeted policy suggestions are put forward.
