In the new historical period,the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "build a coordinated development pattern of large,small and medium-sized cities relying on urban agglomeration and metropolitan area".As the main form of carrying spatial elements nowadays,urban agglomerations have become a practical choice to accelerate regional innovation and coordinated development.Shandong province has issued the Notice of the People’s Government of Shandong Province on Printing and Distributing the Development Plan of the Economic Circle of the provincial capital Urban Agglomeration and the Plan of the metropolitan area of Jinan,to establish the important national and provincial strategic position of the Shandong provincial capital urban agglomeration.The Shandong provincial capital urban agglomeration is centered in Jinan,including Zibo,Tai’an,Liaocheng,Dezhou,and Binzhou et al.As the forefront of the transformation and upgrading of Shandong provincial capital urban agglomeration.The Shandong provincial capital urban agglomeration,with Jinan as its core,drives the rapid development of surrounding areas.Urban agglomerations are the spatial organization form of the national innovation system and a key carrier for the implementation of regional development strategies.Studying the collaborative innovation of urban agglomerations is of great practical significance for the implementation of national and provincial innovation driven strategies,as well as the formulation of regional coordinated development strategies.This article analyzes the principles of collaborative innovation in urban agglomerations from a hyper-network perspective,focusing on knowledge collaboration,subject collaboration,urban collaboration,and their collaborative relationships.It explores the structural characteristics,mechanisms,models,and development paths of collaborative innovation in multi-agent urban agglomerations.Firstly,the concept and principles of multi-scale collaborative innovation were analyzed,focusing on the structure and characteristics of multi-agent,multi-dimensional,multi element,and multi-level collaborative innovation in urban agglomerations.On the basis of theoretical analysis,further construct a knowledge layer collaborative network based on data mining,and extend the construction of innovation subject level and urban level collaborative networks.Then analyze the interaction relationship between knowledge,subject,and city,and couple the multi-layer collaborative network to establish a city cluster collaborative super network model,covering knowledge,multiple innovation subjects,urban subsystem elements and their structures.After the above theoretical analysis,this paper uses patent data to establish a super network model for collaborative innovation of information technology industry in Shandong provincial capital urban agglomeration,conducts research on network structure measurement,innovation relationship characterization,single-layer network,the 2-mode network and indicator measurement,discusses the characteristics and mechanism of collaborative innovation of information technology industry in Shandong provincial capital urban agglomeration,and summarizes the effective model of collaborative innovation of information technology industry in Shandong provincial capital urban agglomeration.Finally,from the perspective of space,innovation entities,and knowledge supply,suggestions are proposed to strengthen top-level research and development design,promote knowledge supply chain integration and innovation,and optimize the layout of integrated spatial carriers. |
