Study Of The Spillover Effect Of Innovation Network On Innovation Capability In Urban Agglomeration Of Yangtze River Delta

With the further deepening of reform,the role of urban agglomeration in regional economic growth and regional innovation system has become increasingly prominent.The innovation mode of urban agglomeration has changed to the mode of collaborative innovation based on the cooperation of multiple innovation entities,specifically manifested as the construction of innovation network.In this paper,the research object is the Yangtze River Delta city group with high innovation development level and more frequent innovation interaction.From the network perspective,this paper investigates the new model of urban agglomeration innovation and explores the spillover effect of innovation network on urban innovation capability.Firstly,this paper combed the research progress on urban agglomeration innovation and innovation network,introduced the related concepts,and analyzed the influence mechanism of urban innovation network on innovation ability.Secondly,the urban innovation network is constructed by using patent cooperation data to measure the characteristics of the innovation network in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.Meanwhile,we describe and analyze the innovation capability of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.Finally,based on the expanded knowledge production function,the spatial spillover effect and nonlinear spillover effect of innovation network on urban innovation ability are studied.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The aggregate coefficient of the cooperation network of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has been increasing,the cooperative relationship has been increasing gradually,and the internal cooperative relationship has been gradually deepened.The overall innovation level of urban agglomeration has been continuously improved,and the core of innovation distribution is the periphery pattern.(2)There is a spatial spillover effect of urban innovation capability;innovation network capital has a positive direct effect and spatial spillover effect on urban innovation capability.R&D capital and innovative personnel and other basic inputs to enhance innovation capability.Under the innovative network model,innovation network capital,innovation personnel input,innovation driving factors have positive spillover effect,and the effect is obvious,but the innovation R&D capital has negative spillover effect on innovation ability.(3)The innovation network has nonlinear spillover effect on innovation ability.As the level of network capital increases,the positive spillover effect on innovation network capital has gradually weakened,the utilization efficiency of R&D capital is gradually improved,and the role of innovators to promote the innovation has been weakened.Under the high level of innovative network capital,the government strength and technical level will inhibit the improvement of innovation ability.
