With the gradual application and promotion of new generation digital technologies such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,artificial intelligence and 5g,The achievements brought by the information technology revolution have gradually penetrated into the fields of economy,society and culture,and brought profound changes to enterprise development,urban construction and social life.The era of digital economy has come.According to customs data,In 2018,China’s trade volume exceeded 30 trillion yuan,and export volume is 16 trillion and420 billion yuan,of which total exports to the Belt one Road countries account for over 20%.Belt one Road countries’ Internet user usage rate in 2018 was 70.84%,up32.86% compared to 2010,which means that there is a large space for the development of digital economy in the host country.Therefore it is of great significance to research that The influence of Belt one Road countries’ digital economy on China’s export and the path of influence.Firstly,from a theoretical perspective,this paper combs the possible impact path of digital economy on trade from the aspects of reducing trade costs and improving enterprise total factor productivity,Secondly,this paper analyzes the development and current situation of Belt one Road countries’ digital economy and bilateral trade,calculates the digital economy by the mean principal component method,compares the current situation of national,regional,time and primary indicators.Finally,this paper analyzes that the influence of Belt one Road countries’ digital economy on the bilateral export and trade potential of China by using the stochastic frontier gravity model and the trade inefficiency model.Based on this,adopting robustness test,endogenous treatment and heterogeneity analysis.Current situation analysis and empirical results show that,(1)the difference of Belt one Road countries’ digital economy between countries and regions is larger.The size of the digital economic index is more influenced by the two first level indicators,such as digital infrastructure construction,innovation ability and policy environment.(2)Belt one Road countries’ development of digital economy can significantly reduce bilateral trade resistance with China,and then promote China’s bilateral exports.Compared with reducing the cost of entering the market,the digital economy can offset trade resistance by reducing trade.According to the results obtained in this paper,relevant policy suggestions are put forward:Belt one Road countries should speed up the construction and improvement of digital infrastructure and promote the popularization and application of digital technology.Strengthen the training and introduction of professional and technical talents,encourage colleges and universities to set up digital related disciplines,guide enterprises to carry out technological innovation,draft and perfect relevant regulations and laws,create a good innovation environment;Belt one Road countries should be strengthened to connect information and pay attention to the unbalanced development of the digital economy.Governments should relax the degree of economic intervention,improve the level of economic income and increase the coverage of digital technology in trade products,so as to strengthen the role of digital economy in promoting bilateral trade.
