| Accelerating the shift to a mode of production mainly driven by green development and innovation is an important support for economic growth and upgrading the industrial value chain.Accelerating the transformation of green development mode and promoting carbon peak carbon neutrality is the only way to realize the modernization drive of China.Green technology innovation is crucial to promote green development, achieve pollution reduction and emission reduction, and form green production and life style. The agglomeration of producer services, which is characterized by knowledge and technology intensive, promotes the level of green technology innovation by promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, reducing costs, and technology and knowledge spillover. This paper firstly analyzes the influence of producer services agglomeration on the level of green technology innovation from the theoretical level, then uses the location entropy and super efficiency SBMDEA model to measure the level of producer services agglomeration and the level of green technology innovation, and analyzes from the two dimensions of time change and spatial evolution. Finally, the direct and spatial spillover effects of producer services agglomeration on green technology innovation were explored through the construction of the spatial Dubin model, and the heterogeneity was analyzed in different industries and regions.Based on the research results, the following suggestions were put forward: promoting the coordinated development of green technology innovation and promoting the balanced development of regions;Promote the flow of high-tech innovation resources and bring into play the spillover effect of producer services agglomeration;Pay attention to talent introduction, improve the efficiency of capital utilization; We will formulate policies for the development of differentiated producer services in a scientific manner and improve the quality of their development. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze the temporal changes and spatial evolution of producer services agglomeration and green technology innovation level. As far as producer services agglomeration is concerned, the level of producer services agglomeration at the national level shows a step-style slow decline, and the overall producer services agglomeration level still has a large space for development. The level of producer services agglomeration in eastern China is higher than that in the national level, and there is a large gap between the level of producer services in central and western China, and the gap is gradually widening. The agglomeration of producer services presents the characteristics of dispersed distribution, with the highest agglomeration level in the east, followed by the west, and the lowest and largest fluctuation in the central region. The cities with the highest agglomeration level are mostly provincial capitals or municipalities directly under the Central Government. As for the level of green technology innovation, there is a big gap between different regions, but the gap is gradually narrowing. The level of green technology innovation in non-resource-based cities is significantly higher than that in resource-based cities. From the perspective of spatial evolution, the level of green technology innovation shows obvious spatial differentiation, gradually spreading from coastal to inland.(2)From the perspective of direct effects, the influence of producer services agglomeration on local green technology innovation level shows obvious U-shaped characteristics, and this conclusion is still significant after changing explained variables, changing spatial weight matrix, and shrinking tail. There is an inflection point in the effect of producer services agglomeration on the level of green technology innovation. In the initial stage of producer services agglomeration, the agglomeration may only be geographical accumulation, which more shows the inhibition on the level of green technology innovation. After crossing the critical value, the producer services agglomeration reaches a certain scale. The spillover effect of technology and knowledge generated by economies of scale began to play a positive role in promoting the development of green technology innovation level. The level of human capital, industrial structure and economic development promote the level of green technology innovation, while the level of foreign investment inhibits it.(3)From the perspective of spillover effect and spatial correlation, the level of green technology innovation shows a strong spatial correlation. The agglomeration of producer services also has a U-shaped effect on the green technology innovation level of the surrounding areas, but the human capital level and foreign investment level have no significant effect on the green technology innovation level of the surrounding areas, the industrial structure shows a negative effect, and the economic development level shows a promoting effect. In different regions and different industries, the influence of producer services agglomeration on the level of green technology innovation is different. From the perspective of subregion, the influence of producer services agglomeration on the local green technology innovation level in the east shows U-shaped feature, but the influence on the surrounding area has inverted U-shaped feature, the influence of the central area on both the local and surrounding areas has U-shaped feature, and the influence of the western area has U-shaped feature. The effect on the surrounding area is not significant; From the perspective of different industries, the agglomeration of high-end producer services has a U-shaped feature on the local area, while the influence on the surrounding area is not significant. The agglomeration of low-end producer services has a U-shaped feature on the local area and the surrounding area. |
