In the context of the rapid development of digital economy,the multiplication effect of data in the improvement of productivity is more and more obvious,and has become a key factor of production to promote the development of Chinese economy.As pillar industries of the state,manufacturing enterprises have abundant basic resources and mature institutional policies,which provide a source of strength for the high-quality development of Chinese economy.However,the lack of innovation impetus leads to the difficult transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,which restricts the improvement of our core competitiveness and international status.Under the background of the strategies of "Made in China 2025" and"Digital enabling development,innovation leading the future",how to promote the improvement of innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises with the help of big data technology has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,this paper takes knowledge reconstruction as the intermediary variable to study the relationship between data empowerment and innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises,and reveals the main path and mechanism of data empowerment affecting innovation performance of enterprises.Firstly,the existing literature at home and abroad was reviewed,and data empowerment was redefined from the perspective of capability,which was divided into three dimensions:resource integration capability,in-depth analysis capability and intelligent application capability.Secondly,relevant literature was sorted out and summarized,the internal logic and mechanism of action among variables were sorted out,the conceptual model was constructed and the corresponding research hypothesis was proposed.Thirdly,based on the relevant scale of existing literature and the specific situation of this paper,the questionnaire was designed and distributed to manufacturing enterprises as the research object,the preliminary questionnaire was analyzed,the formal questionnaire was modified and improved,and the large-scale distribution and recovery were carried out.Finally,SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 software were used for data processing and empirical analysis,including data quality inspection,difference analysis and regression analysis,and structural equation model was used to further verify the research hypothesis.In general,data empowerment has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,and knowledge restructuring also plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between data empowerment and enterprise innovation performance.However,in the dimension of data enabling subdivision,the positive promoting effect of intelligent application capability on knowledge deepening reconstruction has not been verified,and the mediating effect of knowledge deepening reconstruction has not been supported in the influence of intelligent application capability on enterprise innovation performance.This paper focuses on manufacturing enterprises,and empirically tests how data empowerment affects enterprise innovation performance from the micro level,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.At the same time,from the enterprise and the government level for manufacturing enterprises to better play the new competitive advantages of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
