| Industrial revitalization is the guarantee for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,and it is also the key to the organic connection of rural revitalization.Shimen County,as one of the first poverty alleviation counties in Hunan Province and also a major agricultural county,should vigorously develop characteristic agricultural industries and promote the development of agricultural industrialization.In the process of industrialization development,financial support and guarantee are inseparable.At present,Shimen County has formed four characteristic planting industries of citrus,tea,vegetables and flue-cured tobacco,but it is still in the initial stage of the industrialization of characteristic planting industry,the degree of industrialization of characteristic planting industry is low,and financial support for the development process of characteristic planting industry in Shimen County.There are still problems such as backwardness in service innovation of financial institutions.This paper firstly analyzes the industrialization development of Shimen County’s characteristic planting industry and its current financial support based on agricultural industrialization,and describes the five dimensions of production conditions,production efficiency,industrial scale,industrial structure,and industrial benefits,and concludes that Shimen County’s characteristic planting The industrialization of the industry is developing steadily,but the development process is relatively slow;from the comparative analysis of the development of various business entities,the new business entities have higher economic benefits per mu compared to retail investors,and the economic benefits of enterprises are the highest.Then,through the current situation analysis and case analysis of the financial support for the industrialization of Shimen County’s characteristic planting industry,it is found that the financial development credit scale of Shimen County is low,the network coverage rate is not high,the innovation of credit service products is insufficient,and the credit quality needs to be improved.Then from the perspective of industrialization itself and financial support,the existing problems and their causes are analyzed,and it is found that the main reasons are the short industrial chain of characteristic planting industry,insufficient loan collateral for business entities,and low efficiency of supply chain financial business management.This paper selects the industrialization level index of characteristic planting industry,studies its comprehensive score,and analyzes its correlation level with financial support and the level of financial support efficiency.It is concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between finance in Shimen County and the characteristic planting industry,and credit has the most obvious role in promoting industrial scale,and the contribution rate to production conditions,production efficiency and industrial benefits is not high.Finally,according to the existing problems,a pattern of diversified financial subjects’ participation is constructed to improve the industrialization development level of characteristic planting industry.Government financial support for agriculture,policy finance,commercial finance and cooperative organizations play their roles to form a long-term financial support mechanism.The government should exert the leverage effect,the policy-based finance should emphasize the function orientation,the commercial finance should strengthen the financial service innovation,the cooperative organization should develop in compliance,and promote the industrialization development of shimen county characteristic planting industry together. |
