Study On Financial Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas In Shimen County

The year 2018 is a year of rapid development in China.The biggest obstacle to the coordinated development of urban and rural economies is still the gap between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas.It is still a challenge to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,to promote the sustainable development of society and economy,it is necessary to comprehensively carry out poverty alleviation and development.jobs.After the reform and opening up of the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th CPC Central Committee,the innovative poverty alleviation development model has achieved remarkable results,but the development of financial poverty alleviation is lagging behind.As the rural financial environment continues to improve with time,the future poverty alleviation and development methods must be financial.Poverty alleviation is the mainstream.In the course of over 30 years of poverty alleviation and development in China,poverty alleviation through financial assistance has become an effective means to promote economic development in poverty-stricken areas and increase the income of poor people from poverty.The Party Central Committee and the State Council put forward precise poverty alleviation as the basic strategy for poverty alleviation.The financial poverty alleviation must profoundly understand the connotation of precision poverty alleviation,correctly understand the financial difficulties in supporting accurate poverty alleviation,and explore the financial precision poverty alleviation model that best meets actual needs.This paper takes the status quo of poverty alleviation in Shimen County,Changde City,Hunan Province as the entry point.Based on the model of financial poverty alleviation in Shimen County and the existing conditions,this paper analyzes the problems and existing conditions of rural poverty alleviation in Shimen County,and combines the “direct assistance model”.The existing modes of financial poverty alleviation such as “entrusting the cooperative assistance model” and “a relief-supporting model” have been proposed to strengthen the financial environment,improve the rural financial system,and accelerate the development of agricultural insurance.This paper uses six chapters to study the rural financial poverty alleviation in Shimen County: The first chapter is the introduction.This section briefly outlines the research background,purpose,significance,research ideas and research methods of thesis writing.We reviewed and analyzed relevant research literature at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly involves the definition and theoretical basis of the relevant financial poverty alleviation concept.This section outlines the meaning and characteristics of poverty and financial poverty alleviation,and briefly describes the vicious circle of financial exclusion,inclusive finance,and poverty.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of poverty alleviation in rural areas in Shimen County.The situation of poverty-stricken rural areas in Shimen County was briefly introduced,and the financial poverty alleviation work in Shimen County was focused on.The focus was on the development of rural financial poverty alleviation in Shimen County,and a combination of relevant real cases was used to explore the poverty alleviation model in Shimen County and the above conditions were combined.The problems in the financial poverty alleviation in Shimen County were explored,including the problems of a large number of poor people,lagging agricultural insurance,low poverty-relief funds,imperfect guarantee system,and poor financial environment.The fourth chapter is mainly to empirically analyze the effect of financial poverty alleviation in Shimen County.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it evaluates the effect of rural financial poverty alleviation in Shimen County.The fifth chapter mainly proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions for financial poverty alleviation in rural areas of Shimen County.According to the status quo and existing problems of financial poverty alleviation in Shimen County and the influencing factors of financial poverty alleviation effects,it is proposed to increase capital investment and improve rural finance.System,perfect the guarantee system,and improve the rural financial poverty alleviation measures to ensure that the rural rural financial environment in Shimen County is more healthy in financial poverty alleviation work.
