Research On The Financial Support For The Revitalization Of Rural Industry In Xi County

Financial support is closely related to the development of rural industries.Financial institutions,especially rural financial institutions,are the main force to provide financial support for rural industries.Since the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017 first mentioned that the industry is flourishing,the government departments and financial institutions of Xi county in Henan Province have paid more and more attention to the development of rural industry,constantly carried out innovation in rural financial services,and actively promoted the development of rural industry,which has also achieved some results.However,with the passage of time,it is gradually found that in the process of supporting the development of rural industry,Xi county financial institutions are also faced with such problems as the total increase of rural credit demand,the increasingly diversified demand for financial services,the intensified competition in rural financial market,and the difficulty of financial products to meet the increasingly diversified demand in rural areas,which need to be considered and properly solved.Based on the theory of rural financial market,incomplete competition market and financial innovation,this paper comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research,investigation and analysis,statistical analysis and case analysis to deeply explore the financial support in the revitalization of Xi county.Through investigation and research,it is found that the financial support fund gap of Xi county is large,but the problem of capital "flight" still exists,the financial support mode is relatively single,and the development of Inclusive Finance and supply chain finance is not perfect;the fundamental reason is that the development concept of financial institutions is not advancing with the times,and the inclusive financial system and supply chain financial system are not perfect,leading to the failure to eradicate high risk The dilemma of high cost and low profit.The profit-seeking nature of financial institutions makes the enthusiasm of financial institutions to participate in the revitalization of industry not high,aggravates the shortage of rural industry funds,and makes the development of rural industry in Xi county fall into a vicious circle,which seriously hinders the realization of Rural Revitalization and industrial prosperity.In order to better serve the revitalization of rural industry with financial support,Xi county must take measures such as broadening financing channels,promoting financial support innovation,promoting rural financial institutions to return to their roots,accelerating inclusive financial development,and developing supply chain finance.The innovation of this paper: first,try to study the financial support of rural industry for the first time.This paper summarizes the connotation of financial support for the revitalization of rural industry,analyzes and studies the overall financial support for the revitalization of rural industry,and summarizes and classifies the ways of financial support for the revitalization of rural industry.Second,it makes an empirical analysis of the old revolutionary base areas and the original poor counties.According to the characteristics of local industrial development,this paper studies the specific differences,discusses the effective ways of Xi county's financial support for the revitalization of rural industries,and provides suggestions for Xi county's rational use of financial resources for financial support for the revitalization of rural industries,and provides ideas for the innovation of financial institutions' products and models.
