In September 2020,the comprehensive reform of automobile insurance was implemented nationwide.The reform has great strength and wide scope.It’s expected that the cost structure of the industry after the reform will be significantly optimized,and the expense ratio will be more suitable.The ultimate goal is to return resources to customers,rather than waste them on intermediate links such as fees.However,property insurance companies will inevitably face pressure after the reform.First,the business pressure brought the slowdown of premium;Second,the loss ratio increases while the cost space is compressed,and the underwriting profit decreases;Third,the degree of industry concentration has increased.In order to avoid the risk of market withdrawal,insurance companies should cultivate their core competitiveness and optimize their competitive strategies.The object of this paper is R Property Insurance Company.As a head insurance company in China,the company is also continuously impacted by the comprehensive reform of auto insurance.Therefore,case analysis and investigation analysis are adopted to analyze the external macro environment facing R Property Insurance Company and study the impact of the reform on the business of the company.It also analyzes the competition strategies of the current auto insurance business and put forward optimization countermeasures to provide suggestions for the turnaround of the crisis of corporate reform.Firstly,the basic situation of current auto insurance of China is sorted out,including the development of auto insurance business and the competition situation,on the basis of the detailed introduction to the key points of the content of the comprehensive reform automobile insurance,followed by the analysis of the effect of car insurance for car insurance market reform,including car insurance and car insurance consumer industry,including for the influence of car insurance consumers adopt questionnaire analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the external environment of R property Insurance Company’s auto insurance business competition strategy.On the one hand,it analyzes the macro environment,including the political environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment and technical environment.On the other hand,the analysis of the five forces model includes the competition of existing competitors,the threat of new market entrants,the threat of substitutes,the bargaining power of buyers and suppliers.On the whole,the macro competitive environment of R Insurance company is relatively optimistic,but it faces great competitive pressure from existing competitors and new entrants.Finally,through investigation and analysis,the paper discusses the business competition strategy of R property insurance company under "3411 Project"."Four" refers to four competitive strategies:digital strategy,innovation-driven strategy,integration strategy and internationalization strategy.Combined with the company’s development history and background,analysis of the current competitive strategy deficiencies and reasons.Then,from the company’s business model,operation model,marketing channels and customer service four aspects of the optimization strategy. |
