In September 2020,the comprehensive reform of auto insurance(hereinafter referred to as "comprehensive reform" or "auto insurance reform")will be implemented,with "protecting consumers’ rights and interests" as the main goal and"reducing price,increasing insurance and improving quality" as the stage goal in the short term.At present,one year after the comprehensive reform,problems such as high handling fees,extensive operation and disorderly competition are still common,and the cost pressure is becoming increasingly prominent.From a deep level,the auto insurance reform is a long-term gradual and continuous deepening process,which can not be achieved overnight.At the same time,supervision should speed up the development of new products and promote the marketization of rates;Enterprises should speed up the transformation of business model,establish new development ideas,and realize high-quality development through science and technology and talent empowerment.Starting from the perspective of property insurance enterprises and taking the enterprise business logic as the main line,this paper introduces in detail the pricing of enterprise auto insurance after the comprehensive reform,the current situation of enterprise high-cost operation,how to operate and transform under high cost,and the latest introduction of new energy auto insurance.This paper holds that the comprehensive reform of automobile insurance is complex and arduous,and the low-level extensive competition in the industry can not get through.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,in the case of rising compensation rigidity,enterprises must strengthen the innovation and application of pricing models,strengthen risk identification and pricing ability,and the traditional extensive pricing model will inevitably be eliminated by the industry.Second,after the comprehensive reform,there have been significant changes in the proportion of premiums and compensation for household vehicles and commercial vehicles.With the current regulatory coefficient,enterprises can not get rid of cost competition and will still fall into a"prisoner’s dilemma".We should increase the development of new products,gradually relax the rate restrictions,and give better play to the core role of price in resource allocation.Third,enterprises should establish a scientific cost evaluation mechanism,strengthen the ability of cost management and restraint,speed up the training of compound actuarial talents,and enable enterprises to operate.Fourth,enterprises should establish a new development concept,reduce costs and increase efficiency through risk management,scientific and technological empowerment and model innovation,pay attention to the development of new energy vehicle insurance and layout in advance,and achieve high-quality development by providing customers with differentiated products and services.Fifth,the supervision should optimize the supporting basic service capacity,coordinate the co construction of the platform,continue to carry out anti insurance fraud,and provide a good environment for the development of the industry.
