With the wave of global economic integration, innovations in Internet communication technology and the constant pressure of various favorable foreign trade policies,China’s cross-border e-commerce industry is booming, with its scale increasing and many companies joining the ranks of cross-border e-commerce.China’s major cross-border ecommerce platforms have expanded to include many countries in Europe,America and Southeast Asia. These developments are inextricably linked to logistics and transport support, while logistics as a bridge for cross-border e-commerce is hindering its growth.By studying cross-border e-commerce logistics and transportation risks and identifying the most important risk factors in the process of cross-border e-commerce logistics, small and medium-sized sellers on the platform can prepare for risk prevention and control in advance, improve logistics services and reduce risk losses, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of their companies and business scale and promoting the smooth and healthy development of cross-border e-commerce in China. This article mainly analyzes the research of logistics and transport risks in the following sections of China’s cross-border trade.First, the course of logistics and e-commerce is ensured, research materials are specified and appropriate research methods are selected;secondly, everyday and external letters collected and arranged according to the nature of the danger, the theory of the causes of accidents.and based on the theory of combining human, environmental and management based on four influences, the machine has been developed across as a transit mechanism for logistical and commercial hazards.Third,it analyzes the current situation in the current curriculum for the congested sector of cross-border ecommerce and freight transport,cross-border trade and freight logistics, the challenges of cross-border broadcasting and the risks of cross-border e-commerce.-to carry out accidents that have occurred in recent years. Finally,on the basis of the above, between 2015 and 2021,logistics and cross-border e-commerce transport accidents are resolved and 130 full-risk incidents are selected, using four human and environmental risk analyzes;material and management in the N-K model union with one factor(man,business-thing,ring,pipe),union with two(people-thing,ring,husband-thigh,business ring, subject management).)and the risk measured by several factors(human object-loop,human-object,human-tube,objectloop,tube,human-object-loop,tube).These risks are different. The corresponding probability is taken together with the method, and the risk value of the link is calculated by inserting the model T.The value of the combined T-value can be taken into account, taking into account the degree of relationship between the different types of risk. The results show that the magnitude of the risk association value determines the probability of cross-border e-commerce logistics accidents, and the risk association value of the four factors-human,environmental,material and management-is the largest, which is more likely to cause cross-border e-commerce logistics accidents, and the local risk association value of cross-border e-commerce logistics is more significant, the humanbusiness risk association value of Since environmental factors are uncontrollable factors,it is necessary to establish an external risk warning mechanism to avoid unpredictable risks, minimize risk costs, make full use of human initiative, strengthen the management level, reduce the occurrence of more serious forms of linkage, and significantly control the pre-control of the transportation risk of cross-border e-commerce logistics.
