With the continuous development of Internet technology,people's dependence on information is becoming much stronger.Meanwhile,the competition is becoming fiercer within the industry of communication.Under this background,in order to obtain the absolute advantage in such competition,the project owner takes a series of measures to improve environmental protection,safety,and quality.On the other hand,the cost of construction enterprises increases with the improvement of management requirements.The enterprise must focus on the project management,take efforts to control costs,ensure the construction schedule,and improve economic efficiency.It has become the key to survive and development of comunication construction enterprises.Thus,to analyze and control the project cost will benefit the development of construction enterprises.This paper takes experience from domestic and foreign successful experiences and excellent research results,and studies the cost control of construction project of Z communication engineering company.In order to make this research more feasible,this paper starts from relevant theories and analyzes the mode,current situation and existing problems of construction project cost control of Z company.Secondly,this article designs and sets up the construction project cost control system of Z company.Based on the backbone website construction project as practice research,we apply the Earned Value method to the specific project cost control,and have obtained the good economic performance.The cost control scheme based on the Earned Value method has been proved to be feasible and effective.Finally,based on the previous research,the paper summarizes the future development direction of communication engineering companies for reference for the industry.
