China’s medical resources have always been in short supply.In recent years,with the help of communication technology,Internet technology and big data,Internet medicine,which integrates traditional medical technology and Internet technology,came into being.It subverts the traditional way of medical treatment and enriches the channels for people to seek medical treatment.The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 provided an opportunity for the development of Internet healthcare.People began to try online inquiring.Capital market is also more and more optimistic about the development prospect of internet medical care,and the major Internet Co have been involved in it.Despite the good development prospects of the industry,due to the lack of relevant national policies,fierce competition in the industry and internal operation and management of enterprises,most internet medical enterprises are facing business risks and are difficult to become bigger and stronger.Compared with the heyday of the industry,less than 1%of Internet Medical Enterprises have survived at present.The fundamental reason is that many enterprises do not have strong risk awareness and are not aware of the common business risks in production and operation and deal with them in time.Therefore,the study of enterprise business risks is of positive significance to the stable production and development of enterprises.The research method of this paper is case analysis.The object of the case selection is Ali health company,which takes the risk management theory and fuzzy mathematics theory as the research basis.For the identification of enterprise operation risk,this paper mainly analyzes its annual report,combs the enterprise risk events,and constructs Ali health operation risk hierarchy index system by using the AHP analytic hierarchy process combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,Next,evaluate the business risk,find out the causes of the risk,and put forward the corresponding risk response strategies.Through the research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)the external operation risk of the enterprise is higher than the internal operation risk,and the enterprise needs to focus on prevention;(2)Among the external business risks,legal and policy risks are relatively large.Enterprises should pay close attention to the trend of national policies and pay attention to this risk.The internal operation risk is the biggest risk of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.Enterprises should adopt a variety of ways to control it,such as improving the internal management system and strengthening the training mechanism of medical talents;(3)In the process of production and development,enterprises must establish risk awareness,improve risk control system,and take timely measures for risk points to ensure the stable and sustainable development of enterprises.
