Research On Issues Of Merger Risk Management Of A M&A X

In the face of national policy support,many companies in China began to "investment abroad".However,due to some reasons,many M & A projects of Chinese companies is failed.The failure of M & A projects will cause economic losses to chinese companies.Therefore,in recent years,China began to change the attitude of blindly encouraging,but to advocate rational mergers and acquisitions,our companies in overseas investment tends to be cautious.First,this paper introduces the definition and theory of overseas M & A and risk management,and describes it The theoretical basis of Delphi method,AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in risk assessment is presented.Then,this article carries on the risk management to A company this overseas M & A project :(1)The financial risks faced by overseas M & A X company projects of A companies are identified and analyzed.(2)Build the risk evaluation model,use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the project risk from the perspective of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and determine the risk weight of M & A,the order of M & A risk grade and the comprehensive risk degree of financial risk.(3)Propose risk control measures for several risks.
