With the popularization of higher education,knowledge-based talents in the society are constantly emerging.For enterprises,how to improve employees' work well-being and retain these key knowledge-based talents is crucial to the development of the company.For modern enterprises,leadership style affects the realization of employees' self-efficacy and further affects employees' work well-being.Therefore,to study the impact of transformational leadership style on employees' work well-being,and to explore whether employees' self-efficacy plays a mediating role between transformational leadership style and employee work well-being,which is very important for the development of modern enterprises.This thesis focuses on transformational leadership style,self-efficacy and work well-being.On the basis of summarizing the research results and literatures of previous scholars,this paper constructs "transformational leadership behavior-self-efficacy-work well-being" Theoretical model.Subsequently,questionnaires were conducted among employees in Beijing,Tianjin and Dongying.Through the reliability and validity analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis of the collected questionnaires.To verify the relationship between transformational leadership style,self-efficacy and job well-being,the conclusions are as follows:Transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee self-efficacy.Among them,vision incentive,personalized care and leadership glamour dimensions are significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy,while the influence of morality on self-efficacy is not significant.Self-efficacy has a positive impact on work well-being.Transformational leadership behavior has a positive impact on job well-being.Among them,there is a significant positive correlation between morality,vision,personalized care and leadership traits.Self-efficacy is partially mediating the transformational leadership and work well-beingAt present,there are few empirical studies on measuring the relationship between transformational leadership style and work well-being with employee self-efficacy as a mediator.The research results in this thesis can make this research enriched for the future in the context of Chinese culture.The study of work well-being lays a certain theoretical foundation.
