With the advent of global economic integration,countries are cooperating more and more closely in economy,trade,technology and other aspects.More and more foreign enterprises,especially large chain enterprises with mature performance evaluation system,invest in China.They compete directly with local enterprises and seize the local market,posing a certain threat to the survival and development of local enterprises.However,most local enterprises focus on short-term interests and do not have mature means of performance evaluation management and the ability to compete with foreign enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary for local enterprises to establish a scientific performance evaluation system as soon as possible,activate the development impetus of enterprises,improve the viability and competitiveness of local enterprises,so as to seize the market and gain profits with competitors more efficiently.Help enterprises develop healthily and sustainably.Based on this background,this paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire method and case analysis method,takes J Company,a petrochemical enterprise,as the research object,and understands its basic organizational structure and performance evaluation methods applied by the company through field visits.To understand employees’ recognition and satisfaction on the implementation of traditional performance evaluation methods in Company J through questionnaires;SWOT analysis is used to analyze the rationality of enterprise strategic objectives,and draw a strategic map for Company J;Based on the basic principle of balanced scorecard,key assessment indicators of each dimension are determined through interviews and discussions based on five dimensions: finance,customer,safety and environmental protection,internal business process,learning and growth.Score each key assessment index through questionnaire;Then,the proportion of each key assessment index is determined through analytic hierarchy process,and the consistency test is passed one by one to form a set of performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard and applied to Company J,and it is verified that the newly designed performance evaluation system has a positive effect on Company J.The innovation of this paper is that,based on the four dimensions of the traditional balanced scorecard,safety and environmental protection factors are added which are closely related to petrochemical enterprises.Through the five dimensions of finance,customer,internal business process,safety and environmental protection,learning and growth,a set of performance evaluation system conducive to the sustainable development of company J has been designed comprehensively.Through the research of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn: First,through field investigation and questionnaire,it is concluded that the traditional performance evaluation method of J company aiming at short-term profits is not recognized by most employees,nor is it scientific.It is necessary to design a set of scientific performance evaluation system as soon as possible.Second,the performance evaluation system designed based on the basic principle of balanced scorecard has been widely recognized by scholars and has been effective through enterprise practice.After the performance evaluation system designed by the balanced scorecard was applied to Company J,the employees of Company J were generally satisfied with the new performance evaluation system,which activated the subjective initiative of the employees to do business and significantly improved the company’s benefits. |
