| The "14th Five Year Plan" clearly states that it is necessary to activate the potential of data elements and drive changes in production,lifestyle,and governance through digital transformation.As a new economic form following the agricultural and industrial economies,the digital economy has brought increased output and improved production efficiency,and has become an important driving force for economic development.However,compared to the continuous expansion of the total scale of the national digital economy,there are significant differences in the development of regional digital economy.Effectively promoting the coordinated development of regional digital economy is a top priority.Therefore,exploring a new model that can help promote the coordinated development of regional digital economy,improve the output efficiency of regional digital economy,and optimize the allocation of production factors in the current model has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the Statistical Classification of the Digital Economy and Its Core Industries(2021),this article selects the main industries for which data are available,and calculates the output efficiency of the digital economy in 30 provinces(excluding Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan regions)and the three major regions of the East,Central,and West in China from2008 to 2020.Based on the constructed spatial economic distance matrix,this article uses the global Moran index to reflect the spatial correlation and significance of the output efficiency of the digital economy.Through the local Moran index,this thesis analyzes and studies the aggregation characteristics of the output efficiency of the provincial digital economy.Then,based on LR,LM,Wald,and Hausman tests,a spatial Dubin model is constructed to explore the impact of factors such as economic development level,technological innovation level,regional openness,urbanization level,government intervention level,human capital level,and road infrastructure level on the output efficiency of the digital economy,as well as spatial spillover effects.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.This thesis draws the following conclusions: First,the output efficiency of the digital economy in the central and western regions of China has risen steadily,and the difference with the eastern region has gradually decreased,but the development is not balanced from the perspective of provinces.Second,the development level of digital economy in various provinces shows obvious spatial correlation,and most provinces present a "low" aggregation state.Third,scientific and technological innovation,regional openness,human capital level and road infrastructure can promote the output efficiency of the digital economy.Fourth,from the perspective of different regions,the factors affecting the output efficiency of digital economy are different in different regions.According to the research conclusion,this thesis puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First,implement the counterpart assistance strategy of the eastern provinces to the central provinces to achieve the improvement of the overall output efficiency of the national digital economy.The second is to tackle new and high technologies in the digital economy,solve the "bottleneck" problem and promote technology spillover.Third,we should pay attention to the cultivation of new talents,increase the strength of import and export trade,improve the level of scientific and technological innovation,and promote the deep integration of advanced technology and industrial chain.Fourth,implement the differentiated development strategy of digital economy according to local conditions... |
