A Case Study Of Ding Talk

The digital era is rapidly approaching,and the term of enterprise digital service is emerging and developing rapidly.As a result,the real economy has been impacted,enterprises offline single communication mode can not continue,in order to seek their own development and then turn to online and offline dual communication mode,to explore new development path.For example: intelligent mobile office platform in less than three years to become the main office mode of major companies.In this regard,it seems that enterprise digital services are important support for emerging enterprises to achieve rapidly development.In this paper,we systematically analyze the development path of enterprise digital services under collaborative innovation management by taking a case study of the development of DING TALK from its inception to its wide acceptance and high frequency application by users.Through longitudinal analysis,we found that enterprise digitalization is a gradual process,and the paths of enterprise digitalization development under the perspective of collaborative innovation are different at different stages.The path of enterprise digital service under collaborative innovation perspective is a dynamic innovation process,which has successively gone through the stage of digitalization of information collaborative management organization,the stage of creating digital core system under industry collaborative management,and the stage of business digitalization under ecological collaborative management.This study reveals the dynamic interact ion mechanism between collaborative innovation management and enterprise digital services.and on this basis,we analyze the case enterprises,propose constructive development strategies in response to the problems and shortcomings of the case enterprises,anticipate the initial objectives of the study,and make preliminary plans for the implementation plan,safeguards and technical paths of the study.The theoretical background and connotation of collaborative innovation management in the digital economy are further enriched and broadened by this paper.Enterprises can explore digital services in the national context,from a collaborative innovation management perspective,through a practice provided.This paper proposes a collaborative innovation management approach to the development of enterprise digital services,with corresponding suggestions.
