Manufacturing is a pillar industry of the national economy, but in the context of globalisation and information technology, manufacturing enterprises are facing an increasingly intense and complex competitive market environment. In order to pursue profits, manufacturing enterprises on the one hand limit to reduce internal costs,on the other hand through value-driven,chain management to reduce the cost of chain enterprises.Competition between enterprises has gradually evolved into competition between supply chains.Especially after the promotion of digital technology, link enterprises have to share information, coordinate plans and handle business through digital means as a member of the overall supply chain, forming a new business operation model that provides efficient, flexible, fast and support and services for customers, reducing the cost of supply chain operation while meeting the value needs of customers. However, most manufacturing chain companies in China currently have insufficient collaboration, resulting in serious waste, high costs and poor overall operational efficiency.Around the above problems, the main contents of this study are as follows:(1)Constructing a digital supply chain collaborative value stream analysis method.Based on a large amount of literature, this study combines the idea of value stream analysis with supply chain management and constructs a supply chain management diagnosis method-Digital Supply Chain Collaborative Value Stream Analysis(DSC2VSM)method.It includes the system, process and steps of digital supply chain collaborative value stream analysis. From the perspective of value creation, the method identifies value-added and non-value-added activities in the supply chain as a whole, and eliminates or compresses non-value-added activities through the means of digital supply chain collaboration,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and enhancing the ability of the supply chain to create and deliver value.(2)Research on supply chain collaboration and decision optimization. This study introduces and improves the production-path collaborative decision-making optimization model, focusing on the uncertainty of production cost, inspection cost, storage cost, transportation cost and market demand, with the objective of minimizing the total cost of each link, and making collaborative decisions on production, inspection, storage and distribution in the supply chain. In order to meet the decision making needs in different environments, three uncertain collaborative decision making optimization models are constructed based on the common uncertainty decision criteria: the minimization cost model, the(α,β) cost minimization model and the expected maximum credibility model. The inverse distribution criterion is also used to obtain the optimal cost strategy under linear uncertainty,Zigzag uncertainty and normal uncertainty.(3)An empirical study is conducted using X Technologies Ltd as an example. This set of problem identification and problem solving methods is applied to the actual supply chain improvement of the company.Firstly,DSC2 VSM was used to identify non-value-added activities within company X and throughout the supply chain, secondly, digital supply chain collaboration was used to compress non-value-added activities, and finally, collaborative decision-making was used to optimise the overall cost of the supply chain. The result is a significant reduction in the total cost of ownership for X Technologies Ltd.and the ability to provide better quality products and customised services to downstream customers, significantly improving the profitability of the company. This study uses a value-driven digital supply chain collaborative optimisation approach to identify waste in the production, transportation and inspection processes of link companies, with the aim of eliminating and compressing non-value-added activities, thereby reducing supply chain operating costs. This study provides a reference for collaborative cost reduction for manufacturing companies in the supply chain. |
