Strategic emerging industries are the development direction of China’s future industries and an important engine for promoting China’s economic development and continuously gaining competitive advantages.The technological innovation of strategic emerging industries in the digital economy era is shifting towards open innovation,and the dependence of industrial innovation entities on external complementary digital resources is constantly increasing.Strategic emerging industries need to seek collaborative innovation from multiple entities in the process of technological innovation to obtain cooperative effects and reduce innovation costs and risks.In the context of digitalization,there is a greater emphasis on the nonlinear and complex interaction relationship between industrial innovation entities.The interaction of various innovation entities with digital resources such as data affects the direction of the evolution of digital collaborative innovation in strategic emerging industries.However,the existing collaborative innovation models in China’s strategic emerging industries have low efficiency in utilizing digital resources,which makes it difficult to meet the digital resource needs of industrial development,and the digital innovation capabilities of industries are insufficient,The weak industrialization ability of digital products and services,and strategic emerging industries urgently need to improve the digital collaborative innovation system.This paper combines the phased characteristics and goals of the evolution of digital collaborative innovation in strategic emerging industries to design a digital collaborative innovation model.Firstly,analyze the connotation,characteristics,and driving factors of the evolution of digital collaborative innovation in strategic emerging industries.Based on the perspective of symbiotic relationships among various innovation entities,reveal the evolution mechanism of digital collaborative innovation in strategic emerging industries,and use simulation analysis methods to study the evolution law of digital collaborative innovation in strategic emerging industries.On this basis,secondly,a design framework for digital collaborative innovation mode is proposed,and digital collaborative innovation modes are designed: government guided digital collaborative innovation mode,core enterprise led digital collaborative innovation mode,and multi core digital collaborative innovation mode.Once again,based on the selection principles of digital collaborative innovation models for strategic emerging industries and the selection methods of basic process design models,and proposing conversion and combination strategies between different models.Finally,taking China’s rail transit equipment manufacturing industry as the empirical research object,combined with the innovative development background and current status of digital collaborative innovation in China’s rail transit equipment manufacturing industry,identify the evolution stage of industrial digital collaborative innovation,select a digital collaborative innovation mode that matches the evolution stage,and propose mode implementation strategies.This study enriches the theory of industrial collaborative innovation in the digital context,providing important theoretical support for studying the development of digital collaborative innovation in strategic emerging industries.At the same time,it provides new ideas for the innovative development of strategic emerging industries in the digital context,helps guide the digital collaborative innovation practice of various industrial entities,and provides reference for achieving high-quality development of strategic emerging industries.
