Under the background of the industrial revolution driven by information technology and the vigorous development of the digital economy,digital transformation driven by open and collaborative network innovation has become an inevitable choice for manufacturing enterprises to adapt to "Industry 4.0" and practice "Made in China 2025".Joining the innovation network and cooperating with external innovation subjects has become one of the important paths for digital transformation,and the characteristics of external network connection of manufacturing enterprises and the practical significance of collaborative innovation for digital transformation are discussed.In the context of manufacturing enterprises calling for digital transformation,realizing digital transformation through open innovation networks and collaboration with external partners,it is necessary to put the strength of network connection,collaborative innovation ability and the power of digital transformation under the same framework,systematically study the relationship,influence path and mechanism of the three,and then clarify the transmission process of network collaboration and digital transformation.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of enterprise cooperation,the scenario variables of asymmetric dependence are included,and the impact of different levels of asymmetric dependence on the relationship between network connection strength,collaborative innovation ability and digital transformation is considered.The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang,Shandong,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Jiangsu and other places,and finally obtained 292 valid sample data,and the research model and proposed hypothesis were empirically tested and the structural equation model was analyzed with the help of SPSS and AMOS data analysis software.The results show that:(1)the strength of network connection and collaborative innovation ability are positively correlated with digital transformation and collaborative innovation ability;(2)collaborative innovation capabilities can significantly promote digital transformation;(3)The ability of collaborative innovation has a mediating role in the relationship between network connection strength and digital transformation,among which it plays a partial mediating role in horizontal connection strength and digital transformation,and plays a complete mediating role in vertical connection strength and digital transformation;(4)Asymmetric dependence plays a negative moderating role between network connection strength and collaborative innovation ability,collaborative innovation ability and digital transformation relationship,but there is no regulating effect between network connection strength and digital transformation relationship.Through the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis,the theories in the fields of network connection strength,digital collaborative innovation ability and digital transformation are supplemented and enriched.It helps manufacturing enterprises grasp the direction and path of digital transformation from the perspective of social network and resource dependence,so that they can understand the advantages and disadvantages brought by embedding social networks,seize opportunities,develop collaborative innovation capabilities,carry out digital transformation collaboration,and achieve sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises. |
